    Great bike. It's my daily commuter and I couldn't be more pleased. Too bad Fuji discontinued this in favor of the more expensive Jari. This bike was a great value.

    Hey really nice and helpful review and i really like the bike. I think it is a really nice bike for beginners like me because of the price (around 750-850€). (thanks for your fantastic video - i was the guy who asked you in another video^^) thank you!

      Currently you cannot buy this model from Fuji. Only from second hand. This model was replaced by gravel Fuji Jari. I think it is even better and you have many option in steel and in alu or carbon. Depends how deep pocket you have ;). Check on Fuji webside. Prices starts from 800 USD. All the best.

      +Sławomir Śliwicki well I don't have this bike anymore and I'm looking for a new one.

      You mean gravel or Fuji? I am currently using Fouji touring. This is the light touring bike. Quite good for bikepacking or light touring. As I mentioned I had to change the tyres into shwalbe land cruiser. Steel frame works. I am quite satisfied. However especially for bikepacking currently there are a lot of bikes. Huge amount. I think the gravels are the best for this purpose, some mtb hard tail too. What do you think?

    Great work on your ride. How to adust the pads easily: (with the wheels on and bike upright) 1. Loosen the (2) bolts just enough so the brake calipher moves freely. 2. Apply brake until the pads touch the roter and HOLD. 3. Tighten both bolts and release the brake. The pads will be perfectly aligned with the roter with equal distance on both sides.

    I like your videos! Question, what is the largest wheel size I can get along with fenders? I’ve read somewhere you can go up to 700x40 with fenders. Is that true? Thanks!

    Hi, nice film. I got couple question. How about the carbon fork for such touring bike? How about the aluminium frame? Is not to rigid and uncofortable? Regarding tyres. What is your weight? I have 92 kg and I was affraid that for my weight this tyres are to soft. I have exchanged for schwalbe land cruiser. These are good. Smooth on road good grip on grave or light terrain However, accordig to spec they have only max load: 90 kg. I wonder how it looks with the citywide. I am very curious your comments on these subject.

    • @TheOneGoodRoad
      @TheOneGoodRoad  6 років тому +1

      Sławomir Śliwicki sure I will tell you want I can. It is strong and light weight on the fork is fine. I weigh 58-60kg might affect the tyres but keep in mind that touring I carried extra 12kg of weight too. rigidness wise I felt it was comfortable but on gravel did shake a bit but the fork didn't loosen at all. And the bearing have been strong the brakes were awesome I loved the fact I could adjust each side mm by mm to the disc helps alot without hydraulic cable which mostly self adjust. The citywide tyres were just amazing zero pictures in 9300km. But the thread was tearing a bit near the beeds it has grip but I was use the roads before and using thin tyres of road so now 32mm tyres are amazing for me off road you might want more tread and slightly wider but then roads you push harder. Hope that helps weight wise I'm not sure ask the bike guy to for advice :)

    Generaly its cx (cyclocross) not gravel - diferent geometry! Sb can caveat it is the same/similar. There are similarities, but its not the same.

    Had a f10, Scott foil, giant tcr but the Fuji 1.5 cross with 35mm tires is the best by a country mile, it’s absolutely amazing 🤩... Let’s not talk price either😂😂😂..

      Never thought of that depends how remote you go I suppose other wise my thought thinking is to pick up or send it to an address and then go back to where I would left off.. Again it depends how remote I guess? :)

      @RadioSnivins 6 років тому +2

      2:18 That might be it. It might not be seated properly. Dishing is getting the rim right in the middle.
