I am sorry to be blunt, but this is a terrible video to be showing. It is all wrong! Why would you first wash the hands and call a parent when a child could be dieing besides you??? You would want to administer the epipen first, then do the following only after calling emergency! Please anyone watching this....use the proper procedure to safe a life!

Thanks for your comments, we always appreciate feedback and can see your point. The video should be in reverse, being that:
"If it's a life threatening emergency, administer the auto-injector immediately as per the action plan."
The video address many points but should probably be re-edited to take the above statement into consideration.
