Lifting weights and cycling 3 times a week has kept me looking younger at 61. The bottom line older men. Don't become a couch potato. That's what kills alot of men before 80...
I’m one of those fat mofos who has bishes…. But, it comes with a lot of buts. It took 1000s of cold approaches to be good. I have to somewhat dress up. And I can tell the women I do get don’t have too much genuine desire. Lots of one night stands. And don’t even get me started on the quality because even though some of them may look good they have excess baggage. I look like a power builder and I’m on my long cut now 50lbs (I think) to go. @@veeratheet7039 thanks for the suggestion but I’m going to stick with what worked for me so far. I was actually 30lbs heavier What I do is closer to what Alex Hermozi suggests 200g of protein…. And eat whatever the fuck you want afterwards (in your allotted cals of course) My cal intake ranges between 2200-2400 I’m 5’11 260 @ the moment so that may be kinda low. I eat a shit load of boneless chicken thighs/breasts. Eggs, protein shake with low fat Greek yogurt in it. Then I’ll have skim milk with 6-8 Oreo cookies. Then salmon and broccoli covered in nacho cheese most days…. If I don’t eat Oreos I may have low cal brownies and low cal ice cream (yum) Everything weighed on a food scale. Alongside a 16hour fast. And an extended fast on monday. After a major cheat day on Sunday lol. been losing 2-3 pounds per week. I love it. Couple that with a full body routine. Yea i have everything down pact bro. Thanks for the suggestion though.
July 2023 I was 260 lbs, I was already hitting the weights but I ignored the diet and I was treated like a fatty, fast forward to now I am 211 lbs and feel confident, get choosing signals, respect all because I cut down a bit
I'm the exception the other way. I've been in head turning shape for years. I get looks, stares and even the occasional double take when I go out, but I can't get a girl interested in me to save my life.
Woman will find fit men more attractive. Overall women are not visual like men, her emotions are first priority. The women that were lusting for you are going to appreciate your physique, because women who go to the gym value it more, than average women.

being strong matters for men try to do 500 - 1000 push ups a day your strength gone go up like crazy try this method it works.
