Cap'n Ron's saying reminds me of Proverbs 15:30 “A cheerful look brings joy to the heart; good news makes for good health.”
You may not read this; But, Daniel I could listen to you talk about different subjects all day long. Your subjects are interesting to me. DJ has interesting subjects also. You chose the right profession when you became a UA-camr.
Yes Daniel, I love your videos.❤
Hey Daniel, thank you for this video. I enjoyed it and you are right about your son. He will find his way we all do somewhere or another.😊
Houstons the luckiest kid. Fishing half the year and hunt the other half. 😂😂😂 great videos as always
Emily could make her own "How To" videos. Such as, "How to drop a deer in it's tracks!" That young woman is a dead shot! The deer she shoots doesn't run off and die. They drop dead in their tracks!
I stay away from facebook as much as possible❣️☹️
So glad you guys avoided the tornado & made it home safely! God bless ya'll 😊😊😊
You are an awesome father with an awesome family. I love your videos.
I love the way Charlie follows you around ,, he must really love and trust you .
I live in Rogers, Arkansas, that was just hit by at least one Tornado but believed to be 2 on the early hours of Sunday morning. My family is all safe a just some down trees. The town is totally devastated. To see how the community is coming together is amazing. I understand now what you mean when you say it will never be the same.
I'm sending prayers for all who were affected. I can't begin to understand what they're going through. I live in FL and they're predicting a heavy summer if named storms and hurricanes. Living in Orlando we haven't been affected very much. Stay as safe as you can. 🙏
@pamelalaub6204 thank you. You're Prayers are greatly appreciated. I pray that FL doesn't have a bad storm season and that you are safe through the season.
Looks like that fence crew does spot on work. Kudos to them.
For myself, I am just grateful you and your family are willing to share your life's journey with us all.
This old lady always enjoys your videos, and Dejay's, also. Thanks for sharing!
Twice you called Charlie, Larry, but I still love you, Charlie is the best.😊
I wonder what was going on too I thought I was going crazy
I noticed that too. I actually went back and watched it again!!
I noticed it and corrected him in my head. Saying “ you mean Charlie”
You may have more acorns sprouting because it has been so dry the last couple years. There were probably acorns waiting for the right conditions, like tons of rain. I would consider potting up a few hundred oak seedlings to be planted around Sulphur . I am sure you could round up a few young volunteers from among your kid's friends to do the digging. All you need are lots of plastic containers. You might find those in the trash heaps around Sulphur. Pray on it.
I like when you do a video like this every now and then, it's a great video thanks for sharing
Weston.....aka Sasquatch......LOLOLOLOLOL THAT deserves a T-SHIRT!!!!!
Tornados in Oklahoma are so "normal" to us...BUT this year has been hella more active
Our Weatherman said this year there have been more Tornadoes. He also says there will be more Hurricanes this year too.
I'm so glad that the family is OK after hearing of another storm that went through your state.
LT.Murfey was a Navy SEAL. Love the channel and pray for you all
These past four years have been very uncommon. This movie we are in, will soon be over. 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Our children grow up too fast. As a grandmother I now watch our grandchildren grow like weeds. Our oldest is now 11, turning 25. Lol. ❤❤❤XOXO 🙏 😘
My uncle lost his home north of Sulphur in 2016. Nothing left.
I live in Central Texas and I was hit directly by a tornado 2 years ago...there is a lovely youtube video that a storm chaser caught of our farm coming apart...we were home at the time...terrifying. Tornados are everywhere.
Sorry to hear about your misfortune! Most important thing is God Protected your lives 🙏
Daniel, you are my hero. I respect you so much. God bless you!
❤ The challenge looked tuff but then I've never been athletic. I do understand the comradery 😊
Stay blessed and healthy undertaking every opportunity that God has for you. Blessings to the family. ❤😊❤😊
Yep yeppers. This video right here is why Istarted watching y'all almost 5 years ago an never stopped , it started on Facebook an ended up here on You Tube. I still wear my blue hoodie that was apart of the first Merch ever sold by y'all. Our Family Loves watching.
God Bless y'all 💯 ❤ 🙏 🇺🇲
Gemma = mini excavator
My question is, how did your new equipment shed do during the flood?
I bought my first tractor last year. Watching your equipment videos has helped me tremendously. Along with finding out I LOVE RUNNING TRACTORS! You have a single video, I and my neighbor used to help us change implements on a skidsteer.
I would love to see a video with greasing the tractors and easy maintenance. Your camera angles are extremely helpful.
I really want a backhoe now.
Ahhh the kitties 😸 as a daughter, I appreciate that you are allowing your kids to figure out their own lives. I wish I had that support. 😊 Yay for the work Danny is doing. Much needed.
The cross-timber region always gets hammered. Welcome to the Ozarks.
The entire Midwest has has been full of horrible storms, tornado activity. But hurricane season is almost upon us and there is supposed to be anywhere from 20-35 named hurricanes this season
And fire season is here for us in BC Canada. Seems all summer long we get news every couple of days about yet another new fire. Makes me almost enjoy winter (but not really).
You are getting close to a million subscribers 👍
Thanks for answering our questions Dan! ❤🇨🇦
Poor Bear needs a good brushing.......lol. Love all the videos and so happy things are coming back to normal. God Bless
Houston could do that!
Texas is probably a higher risk than Oklahoma for twisters. On average Texas gets 155 twisters a year, the most in the Union. As Ryan Hall says, "don't be scared, be prepared!" It doesn't matter where you live, you should have a plan for an emergency. Have a supply of potable water, extra food and appropriate clothing ready and a plan of a safe place to go. BE PREPARED!
@bartomand3681 it's not true because most of the states are in Tornado alley. It's rare for other states outside of Tornado alley to get hit by a tornado. The other states have a worry about Hurricanes more than tornados
The range for tornadoes is changing as well seen em in California so far n only structure damage
Flair got hit twice and he's in Neb. The 2nd one wasn't as big but still... 20+ years ago here in Utah we had one in downtown Salt Lake City.
ABSOLUTELY!! This morning was crazy weather that started near Dallas and came straight for us! We got our first severe T-storm watch at 5am and the tornado warning at 6:56am. Thankfully our town was missed but there were straight line winds so hundreds of old oak trees downed. 🌳🌳🌳
STAY SAFE!!!
Not really, maybe the pan handle.
Charlie is so funny. I love all your animals. You guys do such a great job with your babies. So glad you had a great vacation. Glad you are home safe. Gemma and Earl are so cute hunting varmits together.
Agree most of us love to watch you all fish? and your merch shop! Westen will find his nitch..it all happens in time..some are lucky to know when they are in school..
Love your videos glad you had fun on vacation and that your pastures are almost ready for the donkeys!! ❤
Love your videos and enjoy watching them. May the lord bless and protect you and your family and the animals. The lord will guide you and DJ and always be at your side always
Spend time with him now cause his is growing up fast. I have ever forgotten that tie with my kids. God’s blessings
Thank you for telling us about the MURPH .
Good evening from Syracuse NY brother and everyone else thank you for sharing your adventures and your farm
I personally enjoy the working videos because we get to see real, tangible results. It's great seeing something accomplished in one to two videos instead of waiting a full season (not including deer season). Deer season is an entirely different kettle of fish...all the food plot planting, getting the trail cameras up for scouting, making sure the rifle is zeroed in. Love all y'all's content, but I love the deer season videos the most.
❤
Howdy Daniel! Congratulations on completing the Murph to you DeJay and Houston! Hopefully life gets back to normal on the farm soon and you can back to just living and enjoying the summer. Y'all take care, have fun and God Bless!!!❤😊
Congrats on completing The Murph once again. I'll bet you held back just a little to keep Houston in the hunt. "Larry"? Is Charlie getting a name change? Charlie's getting pretty tall these days. Nice to see an update of how the critters are doing. God bless you, Dan'l.
Came to ask the same, you called Charlie “Larry” twice. lol
Evening Arms family. Greetings from the Winze family in Hutchinson Kansas
We had another 10 tornadoes in my IA-IL region last Friday morning. The closest was an F1 with 110mph winds. It missed my parent's house by 700 yards and my house by a quarter mile. It hit a farm and other buildings at the neighborhood intersection where I waited for a school bus for 7 years of my life. I sat behind the school bus as it dropped off the kids at just 4:30 the previous day. The some of the barns and sheds were at least 70 years old. One large barn was brand new.
I live on the east coast in Vermont and we are getting tornado warnings. I’m glad you’re all safe. When I was a kid, (in the 80s) we knew Oklahoma and Kansas was tornado ally, but I think your right Social Media has made it seeing a lot more “crisis” available.
❤ your vlog and it’s been a pleasure watching your family evolve and grow up! ❤
Liked the video today. Thanks Daniel 🙏❤️
Loved this Daniel. Glad you honored Murph!
Cuz we All LuvSasquatch!!! Rear or not, Like Loc Ness Monster! Beautiful Weston For Helping Makes us SMILE through all our struggles of Life !!!
Sorry for the typo.Suppose to be Real not Rear.you know they do not make our smartphone KEYBoards big enough.
I lived through a tornado in 1965 and hope to never experience another one again. Thankfully they aren’t very common in my area.
I'm not far from Valley View and Celina, TX and it was a horrible night with 7 killed, 4 chi;ldren. A stable was hit in Celina and 4 or 5 horses died. They found one of them the next day in the top of a tree. Only 1 horse survived. That storm was headed for Anna and I thought about your little Kelsea. Early this morning we had another storm come through that had rotation, but we had EF0 or Hurricane 1 force winds and flash flooding. It tore up a lot of trees, roofs and fences and knocked out electricity for about 500,000 people for 6-7 hours. I'm over this storm season! We had an Emu show up in the late 90's too. It was mean as heck to me but it liked my sister. He stayed for a few weeks then the SPCA came and picked him up. We called him Archibald.
Thank you for answering about the greenhouse area. I was hoping you would sell or tear down the greenhouse and convert it to a pasture that is fenced up closer to the house to the hill pasture. More pasture for the donkeys!
The fencing is almost complete again....At least you all done the Murph...Well done to you all...Stay safe and see you on the next one
Lt. Michael Murphy was a Navy Seal. I worked at Penn State for 40 years and he was a graduate in our class of 1998, and the only Penn State alum to be awarded the Medal of Honor.
YES Arms Family Homestead uploaded❤ keep up the good videos👍
Happy Tuesday coffee family. Have a great day! ☕️😎🥰 Keeping you all in my prayers
Hey from the west coast of Canada 🇨🇦
Enjoy your videos
I always enjoy your videos. They help get my mind off my constant pain and you get me smiling, too. I must check with my son, Michael, if he has ever taken part in the Murph. Do they do it up in other states. He's had his own personal training business going for over two decades. He's focusing on our 8 and 10 year old grandsons and their love of sports, especially travel soccer and basketball. You are very similar to the type of Dad that Michael is. You are both great Dads who are married to great Moms. Hurricane season starts Saturday, so we must go over our Hurricane Plan and refill our Hurricane kit. Being a few miles inland from the Gulf of Mexico is especially unnerving this year. We're keeping all of you, your extended family and friends in our prayers, especially with such a wild tornado season. Donna & Mike in Spring Hill, FL.
I have friends in Florida that have family in SW Missouri and they say they would rather deal with hurricanes than tornadoes ! I never been through a hurricane but I’ve seen multiple tornadoes !
When you talked about your older children I was reminded of our neighbourhood. We proudly waved our kids goodbye and then saw them come back home when life didn’t turn out like they thought it would. We started calling them the boomerang kids, but I have to say now 25 years later they are all happily married, and doing what makes them happy. There are no rules to when kids grow up and as long as they can come home when they need to, all is well.
When we moved to our house in FL we had the only pool in our cul 'd sac. I'd put up a manatee banner that meant children were welcome. They had to each bring a towel and water plus at least one other adult. There were about a dozen kids and I loved it. Most families moved. I don't know most of the people who live here now and there are more pools. I miss the days when kids brought life to our lives and pool.
I think the Murph wiped out your brain. Charlie is the emu, Larry is the turkey, black cat is Trashy. Hey buddy I think you need some more electrolytes. LoL LOL LOL LOL 😂😂😂😂😂
Great Q&A. Thanks 🙏❤🐨
I've been watching you for a good long time now and have never been bored or seen an uninteresting video on your channel
Prayers for health and safety!🙏❤️🙏
Daniel how about you have a fishing contest on that pond in honor of cameraman Ron with other Channels and have it dads, moms, and kids to maybe raise money for your town?
I miss seeing Kelce
Daniel thank you for sharing this. I enjoyed hearing about what was going on the homestead. 😊
It’s been 6 months today since people said goodbye to Cameraman Ron
I'm glad y'all had a great vacation to Florida and took us along for some of it! Stay safe and God bless y'all from Texas!!
Daniel, you got me started planting my bush beans etc in 5 gallon buckets😂 now growing cucumbers in hanging baskets😂😂
Survived the Rogers, Arkansas tornado on May 26th!!!! Minimal damage to house but yard is destroyed! Soooo many trees down all our wonderful shade will be no more! So much destruction all over our lovely town. So sad so terrifying!!!!!!! Thankful to be alive!!!!!!!!
I’m glad to know ya’ll are mostly safe. I have several friends in OK and I worry about them so much every spring.
I spent several summers (1959?) in Ponca City, OK with relatives. I had a great time, even helping after a tornado hit the lake. Most family members from there are now dead, but I have fond memories of them all. Thanks for sharing.
This year has been unusually active for tornadoes. Its a hard season for sure.
As your family grows, the channel grows. I love the variety.
I love how Charlie follows you around and seems to watch your every move. You have some gorgeous property 😍 Emus are today's dinosaurs 😂😂 Great video especially about your friend Danny and your community. God Bless and Stay Safe ❤🙏🙏🙌
I just found your channel for the coverage of the Sulphur tornado. I am still interested in seeing what progress the town makes on recovery. But I have to admit the animal stories, the nature tours of the property and that cool Kato backhoe is what kept me coming back.
I loved the gardening videos and miss it I grew up with gardening my parents were avid gardeners and when my first husband was young and healthy we always had a garden but after his stroke no more gardens after he went to heaven I met another man 6 years later and we were married we had a friend till a garden spot for me and I raised a garden but I had a stroke 4 years later and after that I raised bucket garden and loved it.
I really appreciate your videos ❤❤❤
Keep it coming!
Happy Birthday to Weston. My daughter turned 58 on May 13th.
30:44 I think it’s really cool that Houston ran the last mile with you. That’s support right there, major support.
Question, We live in the Artic Wilderness of Alaska. Everyday is a Survival Day in Alaska between Weather, Animals and Bad People.
I personally loved the gardening videos but I understand there are seasons in life and right now, you’re in a different season. My favourite video was the one where you taught how you built the selfwatering buckets and I modified your directions and made a total of six large tubs on wheeled platforms (a six month old puppy destroyed one and one other probably won’t survive another winter thanx to that same pup) so I can move them from my wheelchair. Thak you so very much for that video! There aren’t many ways I can contribute (physically) these day but you have given me a way and I am so very grateful!
Texas has had so much rain n flooding. And some scary storms. It’s been different we admit. So much destruction of small towns and floods. I remember emus A friend raised them here in ETX.. their oil is good for skin. I enjoyed your gardening..I learned a lot. Y’all were making a healthy drink from the greens. And so nice veggies, tomatoes, squash, peppers. You don’t miss that home grown food. Should lease that plot out to a friend to garden in it. Well sell that greenhouse.
I’ve lived in Indiana most of my life, and seen many tornadoes. One of the worst ones hit in January and pretty much took out the town of Petersburg. So, weather can do whatever it wants, whenever it wants!
Daniel, you and DJ are great parents and content creators. All children grow and their interests change, Weston and Emily are entitled to their privacy, and everyone should respect that. I am thankful that you, DJ, and Houston have decided to share part of your lives with us. Love all the critters, what your doing to manage your properties and your family business. Looking forward to more great adventures. God bless!
Daniel don’t be too disappointed in yourself. Look at it as you competed and completed it! That in itself is an accomplishment.
WESTON, thanks Daniel you’re the best! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽🤩🤩🤩💯💯💯
I enjoy all of your content. I watch you with my grandchildren. After you got your storm chaser the boys was loving it. Now watches by choice. Like this video I told him I was going to watch your new video today. And he said I already watched it. It was good. Lol. Love what your family do. It all is inspiring. ❤❤❤
Daniel, I have learned so much from you and Deejay. You always explain things so well. You have gotten so much cleaned up and fencing repairs. May God bless you all and keep you all safe. ❤
Daniel thank you for sharing your lives with us. Things change and people find new things to do. I found your channel because of your garden videos, but thoroughly enjoy your fishing videos now. I love your animals too.
Wow, the Murph is amazing. You all did well to do it no matter how you finished! Loved watching everything you showed in this video! Thanks!! 💜🙏💜
This was such a great video! Loved how u covered so many topics and answered so many questions. Your bird farm is populating Nicely 😆. Y’all have done so much work from the storm in such short time. Guess u can say owning a farm can never be boring 💕🌹💕
You’re a cool Dad. I’m sure your kids love u 👍
