Hi Mario, motion tracking (object tracking) is built into many of the effects in Premiere Elements 2025. For example click on the fx panel and search for transform and drag on to your video clip on the timeline. In addition to motion and opacity there are many other choices. You can use a selection tool (ellipse, rectangle or pen) to outline the object to be tracked. Then start tracking by clicking the play button.
