I went to SCA (show choir camps of America for those unfamiliar) in Ohio back in 2016 and the kid with dark hair was a clinician there and young me was sooo excited to meet him!! I felt like I was meeting a celebrity. These legendary sets mean so much to those who grew up involved with show choir. At 22 years old, I still watch this and feel the same way I felt first seeing it when I was 16. Now, as an "old man", I still get to introduce show choir to my co-workers and new friends with these videos!! And 9/10 times, they instantly become obsessed. I already have plans to take my work friend to a competition this year and I can't wait!
Of all the shows I've seen them do in the past 5 years this has got to be my favorite one
The best show choir performance of all time
#Blessed to have John Burlace as my choir director #Ambassadors
My favorite show choir EVER. I'll never get tired of watching this show. And the girl who played dorothy was amazinggg.
it is an honor to watch this group live
Ok, continuing on, the 3rd song is a mash up of "Who Loves You" "Working My Way Back To You" and "Big Girls Don't Cry" all by Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons as well as Steppin' to the Bad Side from Dreamgirls. The ballad is "Go Back Home" form Scottsboro Boys (not sure if that's spelled right) mixed with "This is Home" by Switchfoot and "Goodbye" from Catch Me If You Can. The Closer is a big mash up of "This City" by Patrick Stump, "We Have Arrived" by Rae and "Light Up the Sky" by Duncan.
Professional Quality Video ,,,,,,,
Totally just noticed "Scarecrow's" suspenders!!
Fantastic!!!
Oh! Thanks!
well i love it! 17:20 is my favorite move ever! SOOO GOOD! :)
Sorry this is such a late response, but I'm guessing you're still wondering. The opener is a mash-up of "Corner of the Sky" from Pippin, "Runaway" by Jamiroquai and a song called "Storm" which I believe is orignally from Cirque du Soleil, although I'm not completely sure. The 2nd song is a mash up of "The Turning Point" by Toto, "Free Ride" by The Edgar Winter Group, and "City of Hope" by Journey. I'm running out of room so I'll post a second comment...
It's a bit of a mash up of "Goodbye" from Catch Me If You Can and "This City" by Patrick Stump.
GO TIGERS!!
Holy costume change
