    there are practicals to science student, engineering degree and diploma students to measure amplitude, time period and frequency of given waveforms. in this video i covered measurement of amplitude, time period and frequency using cro i.e. oscilloscope. I hope it will be useful to all students. in this video it is nicely and step by step explained that how to use oscilloscope (CRO) for measurement of waveform parameters like amplitude, frequency and time period. after watching this video you can easily measure the amplitude, frequency and time period of sinusoidal waveform, square wave form, triangular waveform etc.

    An oscilloscope or simply cro is a electronic test equipment/instrument which graphically shows changing signal voltages, usually as a 2-dimensional trace of one or more signals as a function of time. Other signals can be converted to voltages and displayed. it displays the change of an electrical signal over time, with voltage and time as the Y- and X-axes. The waveform can be used for analyzing different properties of signals like amplitude, frequency, rise time, time interval, distortion, and many others. CRO's are generally used in the sciences, medicine, engineering, automotive industry. in this video it is nicely and step by step explained that how to use oscilloscope (CRO) for measurement of waveform parameters like amplitude, frequency and time period. after watching this video you can easily measure the amplitude, frequency and time period of sinusoidal waveform, square wave form, triangular waveform etc. There are two basic types of CRO, one is analog CRO and digital CRO (DSO). Using DSO (digital storage oscillosope) one can easily measure the amplitude, time period and frequency. This video contains explanation of CRO buttons function and what is an oscilloscope used for.

      @@MindsRiot sir my doubt is....agr setting hum kregey to voltage bhi hmaare according zyada ya less measure hoga according to setting for voltage per devision...then how it is same...like kisi ka output voltage pta krna hai cro se...to kaise pta hoga ki 12 volt hai 13....cro ki settings se to real value aayegi nhi

      No way. Voltage will be same. If you change volts/div, amplitude (i.e.) change accordingly
