The EC through Vincent Obeng the RO for Ablekuma North confirmed the EC
have no pinksheet to continue re-collation.
All parties (NPP, NDC and EC) do not have the 62 outstanding
original pink sheets.
It was on Record, the invited PO (Nathaniel) said he cannot confirm the handwriting
of the words on the “scanned pinksheet” presented by the NPP for collation.
Nathaniel also testifies on camera that the RO (Vincent Obeng) wrote in his presence
“confirmed by Nathaniel” as the PO for that particular pink sheet when He Nathaniel
did not write.
