I watched your cancer video a few days back. I mentioned Guy Tenenbaum and his success story. He cut sugars and went for a metabolic approach to treatment. This included long term fasting. He was stage four and was told he only had a few months left. That was five years ago. I don’t know if this will work for you, but it IS worth looking at. He’s not selling supplements or a program. He’s here on YT. I too have metastatic cancer. I am attempting to do what he’s done.

Can you do piriformis after? It's ruining my life. I feel mine in my hip. It's killed my running. Maybe the marathons were the issue... Still. Been to so many physiotherapists still no solution to keep it decent

In general, lumbar extension *can* be helpful... but typically just in a sub-set of cases. Meaning, it may be EXACTLY what some people need, but do nothing for others. I prescribe almost zero extension exercises for my patients. Not because they're useless or harmful -- they're not. Just because we find much more effective ways to get them back to 100% again...while ignoring extension. Which suggests extension wasn't needed for their recovery :)
