This is my 8 year old sons favorite video to go to sleep too. Every night bedtime ritual couldn't be more awesome.
Not to sound like a crazy person, but I've been up all night fluid painting, and playing all kinds of sh!t for friggin' Sasquatches. I think I tripped them out when I played a highly watched Mongolian throat singer that sat overlooking a Mongolian desert. The Ojibwe' tribe called them Sabe' and that title for them is becoming popular.
Point being, as it was in the last hour of darkness, I played this. It made me fall asleep, and even though I could still feel the pounding of there feet through my tiny camper that shakes when they are near, I could tell they were ready to conk out. Considering how much activity was going on everywhere.
My own girlfriend thinks I'm nuts, but she lives in Boston. What do city girls know of such things as the Forest People. They are people, and should be respected as such.
And no, I have not seen any, but every other sense, especially hearing when the dark void of the night forest calls out in their gutteral language that sounds like Japanese Samurais in movies, as is how thousands of people have described.
I just made contact in the last couple weeks or so, but I have a profound new awareness of everything. Seeing UFO's was nothing compared to my new experiences. I believed in those all my life, the other topic only the last few years now after hearing someone else's testimony I guess you can call it face to face.
People have been laughed at so much when they speak out that they keep it to themselves, even family. I don't care about that at all, although I need to exercise a bit more humble privacy for the folks that have lived amongst us in mostly well guarded secrecy for a very long time.
If we don't share vital information firmly that could change mass understanding of encroachment of their territories, and especially heinous crimes against the world and it's children, it will become enslavement for everyone. But it's not imminent at the moment. Just don't always expect someone else is already taking care of things, we all need some help sometimes.

I just wanted to add that I can really MOVE my body to your incredible layers of sound & rhythms - This is particularly powerful for me. let me explain. I recently lost my husband & pets in a total house fire in which I was forced to jump 4 stories to survive - breaking both feet & fracturing my spine & displacing ribs - along with burns. I was quite active before this injury & life has drastically changed. I move much slower but I MUST move!! I must push through this trauma body & my deep grief daily ... and the fact that these tones & patterns help ease my journey is significant. Thank you! I am in VERMONT btw :) -Alice

That sounds like a good idea, I'll have to try that. I hope you can take Ibuprofen, that always saves me when a migraine hits.
Perhaps listening to this type of music more often could reduce the number of migraines altogether. I believe stress is the biggest factor with migraines so anything to reduce that would help.
Same here! I dance when I can, but other times their magic reminds me LIFE IS WORTH LIVING - even with chronic migraines from a severe Traumatic Brain Injury, a broken neck & severe spinal cord injury! It's a balm to the soul! Keeping you in prayers, for less of them.
Was actually watching MyGrooveAdventure last night, and 10 minutes in, cleared my migraine like some kind of hot steam bath.
