During the roman era, we were known as the club with the "loan army". Always getting rid of good academy prospects. Also bought in a lot of young prospects (kdb, salah, lukaku etc...) and sold them. Chaning the culture and structure of the club doesn't happen overnight. the onwers even said their aim for big success is 2030. Our fanbase just need to chill out and be patient. It's not exactly going to be easy to dethrone teams like city and arsenal, who have established managers and squads of which both took a few years to build. City was faster as everything was pretty much in place before pep came in and they had won the league before.
