This is lovely, Dragana - thank you for sharing! I found that I had to work on that whole ‘take a breath’ concept several years ago. I have quite a temper myself, whether it’s from being Italian or being a Cancer or for whatever reason, I finally did learn stop instantly reacting to things. It was hard, and I literally had to bite my tongue in order to do it at times, but it’s so worth it and now comes easier out of habit. I know you can do it - becoming mindful of your reactions and truly understanding that you cannot change other people or situations is the hardest part! @@susanneplans6750 That’s probably the Italian in you. People from the South of Europe have tempers and we’re loud 😂 I agree. I can only change myself and not others. I’ll never change fundamentally because that’s not possible but I only need to change certain parts that disrupt my own wellbeing. So wish me luck 🤗💕
