    Tajin vs Togarashi

      Tajin is very sour has dehydrated lime in it if i recall correctly, shimichi togarashi has dried orange peel in it as one of the 7 spices.
      They are very different things and you would get a different result if you use that spice mix.... might be better might be worse the only way to find it is giving it a try.
      But my thoughts are: pineapple is already a little sour adding to that might make it a very sour dish
