Nice buddy. Back home in IRAN we had this hole in wall Mortadella sandwich shop. Hallow crunchy roll , baby dill pickles, tomatoes. Of course it was all beef mortadella with whole garlic and pistachio 👍👍👍.
Honestly in nyc most of the restaurants are places with over priced food that doesn’t really taste that great after like 3 bites. Like paying for 4 sandwiches will cost you a pretty penny here even if they act like it’s not that expensive.
@@snowblo1 I grew up here all my life and I’m 24. I see people make these type of videos and honestly I’m confused sometimes. They act like it’s the best food in the world and entice people to come try it without telling them that it’s literally a 3 second experience that you spent $80 for. Don’t get me wrong there a really good places to eat in nyc as a whole. But you won’t find them in the middle of Manhattan or the super gentrified places in Brooklyn. You have to go to the places that have not been completely ruined by tourist attractions.
@Johnnykkid Oh wow, you're just 24yrs old? I remember those days. But yeah, although I live in Wisconsin & New York is just a buckets list dream of mine, it's pretty much known as the food mecca of the United States. But I can imagine how expensive the cost is there. Everything is sky high there. I don't see who folks afford to live there. But my oh my, what a state!!!!
@@stephenadams2354 Your comment was she literally said nothing funny. She wasn't on stage performing as a comedian. You sound like the life of any party.

I notice most of your content is in newyork and Connecticut I live in Brooklyn and visit family in Connecticut very often so I will definitely be cheking these spots out !
U got any good spots in Brooklyn? I go visit my boy out there all the time. Gotta try Sally’s Apizza in New Haven if you’re ever out that way in ct too
Probably one of my favorite sandwiches when we went to Manhattan. Wished they would open a west coast location to try more than one. (I had La Favolosa.)
I love that they keep it old school and won't mix the meats. I think they should make them a little thicker though, they are used to smaller portions in Italy.
THEY HAVE A NYC LOCATION?!?!?! Ahhh omg!!! That is my FAVORITE sandwich shop in the world, I went there every time I was in Firenze when I lived in Tuscany. The Dante was my go-to, but I've tried them all and every single one is perfection 😋😋😋
I’ve been traveling on the east coast for 14 years now and I can tell you Philly has the best sandwich spots on the coast. Little places you never heard of that have the best sandwiches and food. NY has a really good restaurant scene and better restaurants than anywhere else.
My mother is originally from Long Island and as a child we would go back to visit her family there once or twice a year and my great uncle would take us into the city and I remember as if it were yesterday when I absolutely fell in love with food and the idea that someone could not only make a living but quite possibly a very good one at that by cooking food. And ever since then my dream has always been to open a food truck to begin with that has no set in stone type of menu or food. If I wanna make Japanese food one day/week and swap over to something like maybe American BBQ or Italian the next day/week I would. Even dabbled with the idea of having an entire multicultural menu with like texmex breakfast tacos like you'd find in Texas of course to start things off for a day all the way to something like Gelato as a dessert option to end things off. I apologize for my rambling to get to the main point here but seeing videos of people going around doing what yall do and as of late especially yalls videos in particular have done nothing less than stoke and reignite my fire and desire to make the dream I've had since childhood into reality sooner rather than later. Happy new years to yall and happy eating and adventures!!!
Yea y'all be high as hell smashing all the food in NYC 🤣🤣🤣
They've made me conclude I might just smoke a fuck ton of weed and walk around new York for a week eating everything in sight as a vacation
Legal now 🤷🏻♂️
Now thinking about it they do really look high 😂😂😂😂
What’s wrong w that? Let em live a little
That's $70 of sandwich right there..😢
It's 1:20 a.m. and I'm in bed watching this, listening to my stomach growl.
Love this 😂😂😂
Thats one thing I love about living in lower Manhattan it’s so many cool little food spots.
It's a maybe for me, the way yall were biting that bread looked tough 😅
It's not tough at all, it's so light.
It's a NYC thing. Crunchy and soft. Some NYers knocks/taps on the bread and listen to it sing
I agree… I’m not from NY and that bread is definitely hard as 🤬
@UFumbDuck Gaming I'm from ny lol and if it feels like a brick, or you can't press down on it, it's a nah 😂 but the knock test is definitely a thing
BUT 15 OR MORE US$
My mom made this for us growing up. Funny how something so simple we take for granted, other people make videos. If only I could go back 30 years. 😂
They seem to be in pain when eating 😅
Went there in Florence was the best sandwich I've ever had
Agree 100%!! It's absolutely the BEST!
Looks delicious! I love your enthusiasm, and joy in those first bites. The best. ENJOY😊
