I would love them to record an Embedded during the actual training camp a week or two earlier before fightweek. Then release it either on fight day or the week after the fight so its doesn't give away their gameplan .

@StraightUpTruth Big ole ribs in between sparring and training is a no go in the gym . He ate bbq before the travis brown fight and said he almost shit his pants had bubble guts . Hes been taking it serious and it shows in his fights performance wise . And stop aint nobody saying ribs are bad but probably not ideal for someone in this line of sport .

Man, it blows my mind when I hear these guys say they are "excited about fight week and starting the weight cut." I walk around at roughly 175lbs. I used to fight at 155 and sometimes 145. I had to start my weight cut months in advance depending on which weight I was going to compete at. Maybe I was doing it all wrong, but hats off to these guys for cutting the weight on fight week.
