Minato Namikaze a fiddle is the technical term used for folk trained while a violin is the technical term used for classical trained. and if you appreciate the instrument (unlike your buddy there) then I suggest you don't spill anything on either a fiddle or a violin as they do cost a lot!
Hey Ian I've been trying to work out you style, at times I think you sound like south sligo and then other times when you sound kinda clareish, which would style would you have focused on more?
@KelticKalamity Rosin eats into the finish if left on long enough. A product called "Fiddlebrite" will clean it pretty well, but once it's damaged the finish, the finish is damaged. I've seen one guy who had a rosin build-up so thick that he actually ran his bow back and forth under the strings to get some extra rosin, instead of getting out his rosin pack. No accounting for people...
@RusRPGamer "If you had at least one complete video - i would boy many." Yeah, the text should read "HOW TO PLAY PART OF COOLEY'S REEL ". His Kesh Jig video is the same way.
Meaning, if you can't include the entire A-part of the tune in one video, then you shouldn't be posting. With 60 or 90 seconds I could have finished the first part of the tune.
this is truly the best violin ive ever heard on youtube
Thankyou for your style working on it sounds good 👌
I like this tune. Good to practice to.
The difference between fiddle and violin is the type of music being played
Not quite. A fiddle is technically a violin you can spill beer on.
ok lol

The sound the fiddle makes is what matters most!
How do you recommend to teach?
It looks real cool. any one know how much i need for a decent fiddle?
How rich do you feel? Lots of beginner outfits out there. Try Stentor for one MK 2!
Wooah a rosin granade went off under the bridge?

Yea, he's the worst "teacher" on the web. I hope people don't actually give him money.
