This is a quick review of Ameer Al Oud, which is very similar to By the Fireplace by Margiela. Check this one out before you buy Margielas version. The price is GREAT!

I often sacrifice a lot of my personal finances to smell presentable for my coworkers and in rare social interactions. It's nice to know Ameer Al Oud Intense by Lattafa won't break my bank, as I do have more mouths to feed than just my own! Thank you to the young curator of this channel for his recommendations. Seems like he's got a good head on his shoulders!

I bought Ameer Al Oud over a year ago after watching some reviews and I love it. This fragrance shines when the temperature drops and it’s cold outside. This fragrance cuts through the cold with its spicy, Oud and Smokey presence. The toasted marshmallow smell is present but it’s subdued and well blended. 3️⃣ sprays will project well. And yes, the tweed jacket nod really works well on this one but I think this is more geared for someone wanting something sophisticated but playful (think about the toasted marshmallow scent).
The quality and value makes me wonder how they pull this off! I’ve smelled “By the Fireplace” and this smells 90% identical to me.
Word of caution: if you spray this on clothing, you will definitely smell it until you do your laundry or take your garments to the dry cleaners. 😂. My dirty clothes hamper never smelled 😊 so good!

Now, this is the real deal. I love this fragrance. Sometimes, I just smell the anumizer and soak in the oud and close my eyes because it's an amazing smell.

I like this one ure reviewing but I’d give it 3 stars.
I like a couple of those selections. It wasn't about this being cheap. I've smelled by the fireplace and looked it up, and this popped up. I like this profile for this time of year, and the price is a bonus.
@@bobbyporch3 oh yea i think i picked it up for like $15 or something like that.....i like it but i only wore it maybe a hundful of times and now it just sits. I might pull it out now for a couple wears after this video thou. I have so many fragrances thou, they tend to get forgot about lol.
That's how it goes. I collect watches too, and the same thing goes. I try to be a bit more selective about my choices because I have to really wanna wear them to keep the rotation going, but then again with fragrances you can give them away if you outgrow them.
I like smoky Fragrances what I hate is the actual picture perfect firewood smell, it gets really hard differentiating it when with people
Good news this isn't a heavy smoke. Think of it more like a roasted marshmallow. So imagine as much smoke you would get in that is what you will get here. Nonetheless thanks for watching.

I don't get too much oud in mine either. If Im gonna go for some solid oud, yeah I would probably go with something else.

Can you smell it from far distance like 4 meters I mean does it enter the room before you enter
It's not a room filler, it does project about 1 meter or so. If you go about 5-6 sprays you should be good. If you want more projection you can go a few extra sprays, but dont overdo it.

This smells similar to Oud for Glory to me
It does to me as well for the first 30 seconds. Then it leans more into a gourmand. Whereas Oud for Glory leans more into the oud. Thanks for watching!
