Getting a cut completely below the cork or partway up the embedded cork so that is still pops nicely? Because I always thought it would be best to get just the cork and leave the rim, more like Rhett's try, though I suppose since the technique involved sliding the blade against the bottle then it doesn't make sense to expect it to skip over the rim.
