当時リリースされたときは派手な曲もなく日本でしか売れないジャパンアルバムだと揶揄されていたけど、その後のMr.BIGの動向からこの曲の歌詞の重みが伝わってきた。バンドに対しての感情が一番こもっている曲だと思う。この変則アルペジオを弾きながらコーラスするポールはすごい！

I went to see mr Big like 5 years ago un México city and was an amazing show!!...Pat came out yo play "just take My heart" and was so cool see Pat playing, he was sick but the peoples heat give him energy to play!! Amazing drumer! Amazing band!!

Incrível como, de repente, sem que eu percebesse, Mr. Big tornou-se um padrão musical pra mim. Conheci o trabalho da banda muito tarde e, mesmo assim, minha mente busca suas músicas o tempo todo e involuntariamente associo a memórias de um tempo que eu considero perdido musicalmente pra mim: os anos 1990 a 2010. Melhora bastante assim. E quando soube da passagem de Pat Torpey, simplesmente senti como se um amigo partisse sem que eu o tivesse visitado. Difícil... Mas, enfim, obrigado. Deus os abençoe!
