Love all the high end designs and now know I have platinum taste and a soda pop budget. So even though I have a 800 sf two tier deck, a 12x12 patio and a small yard in my backyard, all I can do is dream of winning the lottery and enjoy my yard as is, lol.
Lol! Not true though. You get a design and then put the project together in phases.🤜🏻 I create designs for people all the time that can be installed in phases.🔥
Thank you! I see a lot of pictures like these in the SF Bay Area on Houzz, and it's good to have an idea of what these ideas cost at the absolute minimum.
Thank you for the enlightening video. I had no clue of how much some of the outdoor hardscaping and landscaping could potentially cost. I run maintenance and plant only 3 gallon size plants or smaller in plant and garden beds, lay out bagged mulch, trim, etc.
I love the third design. Are there big contemporary water fountain companies you could recommend? I’m looking for something cool and yes I know I’ve got to get the purse out!
@@BobbyKDesigns Your cost breakdown was very helpful. We are planning to “ upgrade our sad little concrete pad late spring/early summer. I now realize I need to scale back my initial plan and rethink how to get what I want in stages, like over 2 years if not three.
Not necessary. There are several ways to install them based on the products you pick and if you do it yourself or find someone who can help you. If you want it, you can have it!🔥🔥🔥

....and lots of hand weeding.
Nowadays I would think of landscape design as more of an extension of the home. It’s like putting a brand new kitchen and except outside. ❤️
Awesome video, more like this!!!
Thank you Bernie!!! You got it!
