Kebab Shop Style Chilli Sauce

A wonderful little spicy number for grilled foods and whatever.
Tin of plum tomatoes
Small bunch of parsley
One onion
One clove garlic
2 tablespoons red vine vinegar
Teaspoon salt
Teaspoon brown sugar
2 chillis
One teaspoon mint sauce
Pinch chilli flakes
