The mobile phones tested were an iPhone 14 Pro and a Pixel 7a.
Regarding noise, both DACs are at a level that cannot be heard with my own ears.

iBasso was more natural, more musical and less fatiguing to my ears. High end was too present in the Shanling

What's your suggestion for natural, bright, clean, and detail DAC? Also which one better for battery consumption?

l prefer the shanling,wider soundstage,natural and balance.DC04 pro has more bass but narrow soundstage and maybe fatiguing on a long listening session due to elevated highs....

This is a model equipped with the DAC chip "ES9219" series.

ドングルタイプの主流製品は、バッテリー搭載ではなく接続先であるスマホからの給電で動作する仕様になるかと思います。中には、バッテリー搭載の仕様（UA5など）であったり、接続スマホ以外からの給電方法の仕様（KA17）が存在します。他に、iBassoの”CB19”を利用してスマホ以外からの給電（モバイルバッテリーなど）に変更する手段もあるようです。※メーカーでの動作保証はDCシリーズのみ
ということで、初歩的質問でなくマニアックなご質ありがとうございます。💦
PS.”UA5”の充電はスマホだけでなく、スマホ用充電器やPCのUSB端子からでも可能です。

Thanks for review and English subtitles . I was considering to but ua4, but ordered cayin ru7. Don't know if would I get something for 3x of price.

The "cayin ru7" is a model with a price that is hard to afford, so I'm envious of it. In terms of specifications, it's a chip configuration that I'd like to hear once.
I'm also interested in "DC-Elite", but it's in a higher price range, which is annoying.

@@impressionsroomCompletely agree . Price the same as beginner desktop solution. BTW, MQA is also missing. So it is hard to justify the price. UA4 should sound like UA5 i think, but much more cheaper.

​@impressionsroom DC Elite cost up to 400$ which is crazy. RU7 costs 210$ for me, which is more than reasonable price😅 But still I think, that for dongle 100$ should be the maximum😊

Pixel7aでAmazon Music Unlimitedを視聴していると、たまに途切れることがあります。
この現象は、USB DACによる原因ではなくPixel7a側にあるように感じでいます。※両機種で経験（あくまで主観ですが）
ちなみに、iPhone14Proでは発生しません。
それと、Pixel7aでも他のアプリ（UA-camなど）では発生経験はありません。

I am having a lot of difficulties with the DC04pro on the Pixel6a. I think it draws too much power and is occasionally cut off. More so when 4G is on and when I am in a train it hardly works at all.
