I have the exact same watch. I think it is well made in an over-engineered sort of way. Double bezel/case, double crystal, screwed lugs, screwed buckle and alpha gel insulated module. The case is hard, so it resists scratches and dents and the buttons are durable & mud proof. This is the ultimate G in my opinion. Multi band 6 and tough solar module are icing on the cake. Get it while it's still being produced!
I have just received mine after a 2 week wait from Hong Kong. It's an amazing watch. I don't notice im wearing it it is so light but solidly built. Atomic clock and solar fantastic
I just bought the Black/Red colour version yesterday, nice looking watch, I had keep my patek philippe in safe box, I'm gonna wear this everyday at least for 3 months :D
I purchased this watch recently and it's fantastic! The size is great and comfortable, pushers are very easy and it just looks cool.

I have the same Casio G-Shock, but mine doesn't have the multiband 6. This watch is very cool and fits well on the wrist. Great Casio G-Shock.
Thinking of picking one up to use as a wall clock. My Mudmaster is just a bit too small for that...

Rogerio Barbosa yes, that’s why I didn’t go for the black face. I had to get my gxw56 imported from Japan. But I got hit with a £30 customs charge when it arrived. But it was still worth it. You can get them up for sale used in GB on eBay if you keep a look out. They do come up. 👍👍
@@TheGreatest1974 Thank you! Yes, I've been looking for one already. There are several Japanese sellers. Paying the extra for customs is the problem, but like you said, it's totally worth it. This is version of the watch is so cool. The red is not so bad also but I dislike the red buttons and it has a negative display also. Regarding mine, like I said it's cool with a great feel but too dull. And a pain to tell time. You have no idea how many G-Shocks i already had, mostly all Master of G. Full of sensors, ABC, sunrise/sunset, depth meter and everything else. I´ve come to the conclusion that most G-Shock users never use anything like that. The military are the best example. And we only mostly use them to tell time. I think the King, specially this one has everything we need and will use. It´s cool, beautiful, manly, rugged, extremely tough with improved construction, water and mud resistance, self charching and adjusting and with functions that most people will actually use. I don´t know if you agree, but this is what i think.
This is for tough guys with coooooooool attitude! This is not just a watch, but also a statement!!

In the count down timer... can you set the seconds?
I can't decide between this one and the gold\black version. This one seem able to be read easier then the gold\black version.
I would get the gold/black version just because it's more rare and looks tougher but it is more expensive therefore I will be getting this one.

The more material they put around the module, the less sound can get through. Digital watch alarms were never very potent anyway, & the gel insulation isn't helping.

Great but hey Casio, why don't you sell this in the UK? And why is the atomic version so expensive? And why have you not issued any more resin colours? Disappointed doesn't really explain how much this fiasco has lowered my opinion of you guys.

Koraltay Nitas PS is power save mode, IT is RCVD, not A, and it is Received, for when it receives time and data, and DST is daylight saving time.
East to West CASIO is the best..

sek maka multi band changes the time from signals coming from atomic time
bigger -same size display = no sense.
salvor1 display I slightly bigger but only slight. Wrapped in layers of protection it's a tough watch. I'm mega happy with mine

Minimum wrist size for this watch is 7.5 inches. I can't figure why Casio made it this big, but it's certainly proved very popular with the pissing contest guys.
I do like the secure screw mountings for the strap buckle and the strap to the watch. No puny springbars here!
These negative dials are just a silly fad ATM IMO. Too hard to read, so where's the sense in that?
