Highly recommend doing these on a low bar or campus board because once you're comfortable you can max out and bail of the German hold by backflipping, it makes you look really cool
I was only able to do a similar movement in an aerial yoga class, I just can't lift myself into a front lever on a pullup bar. Is there another way I can similarly mobilise my shoulders?
Oddly enough, I find the hardest part of this exercise to be transitioning from the tuck front lever to the inverted hand. What is the correct shoulder position during this transition/ the inverted hand? My shoulders should be depressed until transition to the back lever, when I should protract them, right?
Is it possible to do the full rotation of this exercise? So instead of coming back just do a full circle, or is this not mechanically possible lol thought I'd ask before attempting
Yes it is possible and easier as it does demand strength. If the bar is too high I just jump from it and it is safer waiting to build some back lever strength to reverse the mouvement.
You're videos are really helping me overcome chronic shoulder immobility and pain. Thank you!
I like the cat feature at the end. Great video as always.
Taking notes as I watch all your videos!
You're channel makes me feel like I'm watching the matrix of climbing. I'm Neo now, but I'm becoming Adam Ondra.
I Like your video, this is helpful for newcomers in calisthenics. Love from India, Maharashtra, Mumbai the capital of Maharashtra State.
