Hi sir i have received my LMIA In Aug 2024 and date of validity is 27 Jan 2025. I just want to ask that i have to land in canada before this expiry date or either i should land after that date. Becoz in official website i have seen that Applicants initiating a work permit application at a port of entry (POE) are required to have a valid LMIA when seeking entry to Canada. If the LMIA validity date has passed, the LMIA can no longer be used to support the work permit application. In addition, the requirements of section R198 for applying at a POE would not be met. Pls guide
Dear this expiry is for the application submission and if you get your passport request before the Expiry date and visa stamped you must enter Canada and get your work permit

Hello sir , actually I applied for close work permit from India. And I recived my PPR letter on 5th February and I submit my passport for visa stamping on 9th February at IRCC office new Delhi.. but still I didn't recived my passport or any update regarding my passport .. can u pls tell me visa stamping me Kitna time lagta he ???
