There are new apartments going up on Nevada & Magnesium right across the street from us but they look way too small and are asking for more than what we pay for our 2 br to bath 1000 sqf.

Yeah the new stuff is definitely going for a premium! Market rent for a 2/1 can be around $1400 a month
