    Nice recipe.. :-)) .. U can boil d batti in boiling water directly for 10 minutes after that put d batti into strainer so that excess water drain out.. Now fry d batti into oil.. Ur batti going to cook easily..

    kabita mam this is I was looking for aapne toh dil jeet liya...didi yaha Maharashtra mai saatu ko kya bolte hai muje patta nahi toh sattu ke jagah koi aur atta use kar sakte hai

      dough ki layer thick ho gai hogi sayad...aap next time chahe to thoda sa use roll karle chakle pe..aur fir use medium flame per fry kar le..es se ye soft hoga :)
