I think lee know's emotional and vulnerable side is something he keeps to himself and a few people in his life which he chooses very carefully.
He does talk about things he's been through and what he has felt every now and then on his livestreams when he gives advice to stays, but always after the fact. Not when he's still feeling vulnerable about it.
I don't think it's necessarily him choosing to keep it off camera, but that it's just his personality and that he is very private about it in general. Idk if you remember but in Lee know's and Hyunjin's latest 2 kids room, changbin said that these two recently started having having deep talks and that's when they started hanging out all the time.
Maybe there's not much to it and it just didn't happen until now for no particular reason. But I feel like it could def be him being ''picky'' and needing a lot of time to really open up to someone.
So i'm glad he does have people in the group he feels comfortable being vulnerable around ( like hannie and now hyunjin) bc I feel like that's really important. Being an Idol is not an easy job and they'd understand each other the most.

These are great reflections and I think you’re right on. I too think Lee Know is private in general and finds it hard to be vulnerable. I don’t blame him, being vulnerable is hard!
He also according to I.N has deep talks with him when they're alone and when he (I.N) was having a hard time after kingdom. Also I remember someone mentioning how LK had his own doubts and negative feelings he deal with around the time of their survival show so it makes sense if he's not putting all that out there for the world to see especially giving how he's taken to being a strong hyung for skz and a rock for Chan.
one of the things i like about leeknow is that he has clear boundaries between what the fans sees and his personal life and emotional state. i think that's just his personality and part of him being a pro-idol. i believe he opens up to the members, particularly to jisung, hyunjin and changbin, just in private. And I like to think that he opens up different aspects of his life to them

I adore these two. They’re so loud and shouty on the outside, but soft and thoughtful on the inside. I just love when they hold hands, which - if you start looking out for it - they do fairly often.

8:05 Oh I have the same thought! Lee Know's mischievous smile does disappear these days, but I tend to see it a lot though when he's joking or casually talking with Han. I don't know, I only see that particular smile when he's teasing or just having a conversation with him, it's like it appears naturally especially their behind stages, talker vids, or filmmaking. But Lee Know still have that smile though and I'm here for it!
Changbin's older vibes tend to disappear when he's with Lee Know that's for sure. With Chan, he still feels like the mature kid who wants to make Chan feel that he can depend on him, but with Lee Know, I will always be shocked that "Oh right, Minho's older than him", he instantly becomes the younger brother when I look at it.

I think Minho just doesn't want to show his vulnerable side on camera. Sometimes in interview through kids, we knew that Minho show them that side more often.
The only time we can see Minho cried was in skz survial show (and in that interview recently, because of tireness maybe but he clearly teared up), I mean, his tolerance to tears is apparently high and he must be so sad that he cried a lot that day
Changbin somehow is the same, they're tough on camera, maybe cause they think they're hyung so they should be strong for the kids (?) Overall I really think Changbin and Lee Know do have the strongest mind in the team (Chan as well, basically the hyung line lol)
Changbin x Lee Know episode came with a few surprises for me, I never thought I’d hear Lee Know call Changbin cute! That was adorable and I love how they’re so much more comfortable with each other now.
Changbin’s vlogs are so cute but they’re always so short 😭😭 I love how savage his sister is and how he acts cute around her 😂

I love binnie and lee know so much. I just love all of them hahaha.. I think both of them play the big brother role really great. Channie's right and left hand is the perfect title for them.
Binnie shows a lot of emotion and feeling towards the members in front of the camera, maybe because he is someone who doesn't really bother if his vulnerability shown, in the camera or not. From what i see, Binnie was actually listen to member a lot, praised them, gave great emotional supports to them but he didn't talk about himself a lot (the members said so too), just like Streetlight. A lot of people actually misunderstood him as rude, cold and scary. Now I am happy that he is more open about himself and he said that he is trying his best to let people know how he feels so people won't misunderstand and he actually feels better after that.
Lee Know in my opinion is someone who is really careful about showing his emotion in front of the camera. He is always someone who is standing on the side with smile whenever the member feel emotional and crying, ready to give them warm hug. But I am glad that he actually cried in front of the member in their own time. I know crying is not the only way to show emotion, but at least we know that whenever he is tired, has problem or frustrated, he'll come to the member.
MinBin is the best pair!! My bunnies they're so sweet and comfortable with each other. Also i love how they like holding each other's hands 😭

My favourite vlogs are Lee know’s (cause they’re always so cute and it feels good to see him be himself, soft and everything) and Han’s (because I relate to his super introverted lifestyle haha)… I’m exited for you to see the rest of these !
Also you mentioned wanting to see lee know open up more. Well he kinda does in his episode of One kids room so I think you’d like it… I mean it’s not like he’s being vulnerable and completely transparent but it feels good to watch :))
I love 2 Kids Room. I think I've said it a million times before ( Do I like to exaggerate? Probably yes 😆😂) but let me say it again, in case you didn't realise, that it's my fav Skz content outside of them performing. 😄 I think the episodes depend on so many things, if it's one of the 1st ones to record dor the season, they are not used to it yet. If it's after some schedule they are probably tired. On a good day,.they are probably more relaxed and talk more. Who knows, but this time around I found so much about Lee Know that I didn't know before. I knew they were close, because Skz are like eachother's family and all the members are super close, but I didn't know how close and comfortable are his friendships with Hyunjin and Changbin especialy. Can't wait for the last one with Felix as well.

Lee Know & Changbin's episode is one of the eps that I thought will be full of loudness and jokes, but I loved how they showed how dependable they are to the members that it became my second favorite episode from the 2 kids room. Along with that, I believe that Lee Know also shows his vulnerable side to the members with the off cameras, especially with his tsundere behavior. He is a very strong man, and I myself am worried, but I know the members are conveying their support and dependability to Lee Know and I know that he feels it too. Also Mel I have a question, have you ever considered taking a job as a radio DJ or Radio broadcaster or something similar? You might have the most calming and soothing but clear speaker I have heard. Your accent's not too strong but not minimal that it's really nice to hear especially when you're discussing something, to the fact I use your reaction videos as the last vids before I sleep because it's calming. Love this reaction!

I love Lee know x all the members especially Chan and Han and Changbin and Seungmin and Hyunjin and I.N wait that's all the kids 😂. Sorry but yes Lee know gives all his boys what they need.
For Chan he's a cute older bro who puts him at ease.
For Changbin oh gosh so much mutual chaotic energy.
For Hyunjin they're so random but he definitely brings him peace.
Han well we know they're like same age friends.
For Seungmin he's comfortable enough with Lee know to tease him even if he's older.
I.N he doesn't baby him but is there when I.N needs him to be a big bro with helpful advise.
Side note I love seeing LK with his non celeb friends.

Hellooo! These two are the most interesting duo to me, like I never thought of how their relationship was before that 2 kids room. I feel like here, Changbin seems to be a « real » dongsaeng to Lee Know, like we can feels that he is younger than him and Lee Know a « real » hyung but at the same time they give off the vibe of friends of the same age, idk it’s confusing but I love it tho, it is one of my fav 2 kids room so far 🤍

yeaa i feel like lee know has always been this 'pro idol' /private in terms of feelings/ artist,, i also dont think he ever has deep conversations with the guys on camera. i only just knew that he opens up his problems to others when he had 2kr with han; i really thought he was the type to keep it all in. anw im glad he can talk to han/chan abt his worries and i respect how he doesnt go out of his way to share to stay the things that he want to keep for himself.
and i love minbin so much, they are so so much more comfortable with eo these days, having eo as THEIR WALLPAPERS SO cute

Lee Know strikes me as private person who chooses to be deep with only a select few and only when he’s in the mood. I think it’s part of his personality and possibly his upbringing. I remember him saying “That’s just how I was raised” when someone once asked why he didn’t cry more.
MinBin seem very comfortable together nowadays and I love it (they’re both my Ults). I’d put Bin and Hyunjin as who Lee Know is closest with, after Han. Obv things could be different behind the scenes but that’s the vibe I get.

I actually expected the MinBin episode to be loud but I'm loving what we got! This Kids room was really informative and somewhat serious and really shows the two as very reliable and responsible members.
The vlogs are really relaxing and sweet! Just skz relaxing with their friends and/or family, pets too for Hyunjin and LeeKnow. I think other than the Aussie duo the ones who doesn't show their family or friends(outside of skz) is Han, the rest have atleast one vlog while their with their family during their break.

these two are one of my favorite duos! especially lately they’ve been so fun and i really see just how playful changbin is with lee know (and hyunjin that vlive a few days ago was so funny)

This episode was so wholesome and cute, it’s become my second fav after Minsung. Lee know was so talkative with Changbin and i’ve never seen him call someone cute so many times lol.
Also I believe Lee know is just not a person who tends to share personal/deep things about himself in general. In his second two kids room with han he said he’s not the type who does deep talks and changbin hinted in his most recent 2kr with han, that lee know is only completely open with han. I also noticed that he has trouble giving out compliments as well and often doesn’t know what to say when others give him compliments. Rather than it being just an on screen persona, he’s definitely a more closed off person and keeps to himself. It was nice to see him be more open with Changbin and I hope we see more of this side of him.

They are adorable and this was absolutely my favourite episode. I felt that it was a little less awkardness with these two and Lee Know felt more open. Lee Know is also the member I can relate to most personality wise. Minus the love of cats and plus Han’s social anxiety. 😆 And I can never get over how different Changbin looks nowadays.
Random note, but Felix has had Seungmin as his background since like 2020? They’ve changed, but it’s always Seungmin, so it was funny to hear him say he doesn’t get why people do that when Lix was right there 🤣🤣💀

Lee Know hasn't cried since their survival show where he got eliminated. Lee know is a very very very kind guy (Chan and the other guys have said this many times). He's also from what I've researched had alot of hang ups and vulnerabilities that he's either shed since they debuted or learned to hide because Lee know knows that he needs to be a good big brother to his younger bros in Skz and there for Chan as the second oldest. He's also someone who's been giving back through loads of charity work well before he ever debuted in SKZ and is always super honest and very transparent in their magazine interviews and such like his view on life is beautiful. I don't think we need to see him cry or have deep discussions on camera to know how vulnerable he is especially in the idol industry or entertainment industry as a whole were people are always lying in wait to use your words against you.
The most vulnerable i’ve seen leeknow is when he was doing something that involved heights because he has a horrible phobia of heights. Like in one of the episodes on the channel of them going in a cabin lift up to a zipline and then walking further up the stairs with everyone even higher up, he was gripping people really tight from extreme fear. He especially was gripping han and woojin really tight as they both kept trying to comfort him while they were trying to go on the trip. And there was a performance where they performed thunderous on a skyscraper. You can tell he was the most terrified then as he kept his head down and looked like he was about to passout throughout the performance. Bangchan ripped those that told them to perform there a new one for that. But that’s about the only times i’ve witnessed.
If you haven't you should watch the first vlog with Lee know and his grandmom it's so cute.
I think 3 years ago they did not know each other well… but now it changed. I think all the Members used to find lee know weird in the past.
But right now the bonds of friendship are very strong and they all get along very well. And for me lee know really loves changbin right now. They are really good friends and close plus hyunjin
