Thank you SO much for such a REAL look at what your journey has entailed. You have such a beautiful spirit and I am SO happy for you. You have accomlished SO much! Just because people have the surgery does not mean they will lose weight. It still takes so much mental work and day by day decisions you make to be healthy and keep moving forward. SOOOOOOOOO happy for you!!!!! Sending you love and best wishes on your fertility journey. 🌸🌸 Thank you also for talking about the hair loss. I have clumps everytime I wash (and I have to wash my hair daily because I get oily). It didn't really bother me until my husband asked me about it. I freaked out! I have been taking multivitamins every day for months and it's not helping. If I find anything that helps I'll let you know! Love and hugs!!! 💖💖💖💖
Morning, after reading this I thought I share a shampoo I have been using which I think is helping. I no longer look in the shower and think ‘wow I could make a wig’ 😂 It’s called Pantene Hair Biology Revitalise & Soothe and is aimed as menopausal ladies who have dry, thinning hair. I’ve been using it for about a year now and my hair isn’t a greasy as it previously was and the hair loss has really reduced xx
Catherine: Ever since I’ve been watching your channel I have always said to myself, “What a beautiful woman this is”! You and Dean are hard workers and very creative. You are an inspiration to me. Love you both!
I was watching your Japan vlogs thinking about how cute clothes look on you (the cardigan in the first vlog!!) and how I wanted to stop being obese to get some like that. A week ago I decided to start my weight loss journey and today after seeing your second Japan vlog I look through and see you’ve been through what I’m going through! I’m 25 in a few days and 180lb or 20st right now, exact same issues with my periods and accessibility - but seeing you feeling so good after all these things I relate with is just exactly what I need to motivate me! You look amazing! I can’t wait to see the rest of your blogs!
I’m in a bariatric program right now and I’m really looking forward to being more comfortable flying. I live in California and my sister lives in Dublin, Ireland, and the last time I flew I cried the whole way due to people there and back being so mean to me. Your videos are giving me hope and I hope I can use this tool to better my life!
Catherine! I also had WLS (I was much bigger than you were!) and ended up regaining about 80lbs of it, again, I was definitely still very much obese when I was at my “smallest” - but I am currently in the process of losing it and then some. It’s obviously much harder now to relose that weight, but I am determined and hearing you describe all of the huge victories you’re having is big motivation! I cannot WAIT to ride rollercoasters again. Proud of you for putting this out there and your big success. I’ve been following you since about 2019, love seeing how your channels and you have transformed and grown. Congrats on all of your accomplishments, you’re an inspiration 💕
You have got this! Wls is just a tool maybe it wasn’t the right time for you then but now it is ❤ slow and steady does it, each new day is a new day to work on yourself and learn a little bit at a time! You can totally do it ❤❤❤❤
@@catherinekayy you’re 100% right and I did not treat it as a tool! I was too busy partying it up 24/7 instead of focusing on health! Anyways enough about me, very happy for you and looking forward to watching you continue to succeed!

I recently discovered your channel from your Japan videos and have been enjoying going back through your studio and travel vlogs which are amazing! 🤩 You are totally gorgeous inside and out, before and after surgery 🌸 Your talent, work ethic, honesty and positive energy is such an inspiration! ❤ You and Dean are lovely together and I wish you all the best on your journey! 🙏🏻💕 Thank you for your beautiful and uplifting videos 🌟

What a wonderful update Catherine! It's fantastic to hear how your life has changed for the better. Well deserved and wishing you continued great health & happiness throughout your life. Wendy from Aus
You are AMAZING flower!!! A beautiful person inside and out, before weight loss and after. Thankyou for being so open I can completely relate to what you said. I used to be a healthy weight and have gained a lot so I remember what it was like to move through the world and what it is like now. People don't realise what you go through and most just judge you. Thank you for an honest review of the process ❤️
Oh my goodness thank you so so much! I don't even think I knew what I went through most of the time until Hindsight! You kind of just shrug it off and get on with it! Its crazy!
what a change! At the last bit where you showed your stomach, ma'am you're slim! I know you're not at the finish line but taken in account the loose skin. If that would be gone already you'd be snatched.
OH! I totally relate about the seatbelt extenders - and the tray not going all the way down on the plane. It is so true that there are so many little things that you go through in day to day life as an overweight person. You are such an encouragement, and I hope you keep this channel going for the long haul!
OH MY GOSH!!! I just found this channel. But have been following your other one for a long time. You are so beautiful and thank you for your inspiration!!!
I absolutely adore you!! You’re always so open and honest ❤ You look amazing and I’m so excited for you and Dean and I totally appreciate you taking us along with you ❤
I am so proud of you Catherine! I first started following you on KatNip, then I found your personal channel. ❤ I love when you update us on everything. Thank you for sharing your life with us!
I’m so happy for you and Dean, you have both done so well, one of the gp’s at my doctor’s surgery asked me if I had thought about bariatric surgery! Well I nearly fell off the chair! I had never met this gp before and I’m sure she hadn’t read my notes! I’ve also struggled with my weight since I can remember, but the past few years have been hard with the pandemic, divorce, depression, menopause etc I just said now is not the right time as I know you have to be in the right mind, it’s a big surgery after all, so thank you for telling your story so far it helps to give those who are thinking about it food for thought! For those that have done surgery it gives them insight what possibly can or could happen as we are all individuals and our journeys are all different. Keep up the good work ❤😊xxx
Beautiful update! You and Dean look AMAZING and it's so clear how your life changed since then through your vlogs! :D I'm so happy! Back in the days I wrote you a wall of text of a comment , saying that you were practically my partner's twin on this trip (they had the surgery on February 2022, with a similar weight), with the only difference being that you had gastric bypass and they had sleeve gastrectomy! In 12 months they have lost 70kg from about 150 they were, now they weight 82 (I think in pounds it's about 330 starting, 154 lost and 180 current weight). The ups on healthy living, on clothes (he's looting Vinted! XD), on feeling more self-confident and the possibility of doing so many things that you didn't even dream of thinking before are all shared! Now they have bought a bicycle, put bags on it to go shopping without worries, but they're also able to walk when before only a hundred meters was exhausting D: Ditto for the cons, huge hair loss but now they're recovering too and excess skin. A note on excess skin: I know that a lot depends on the elasticity of the skin of the individual person, but it doesn't mean that some of it won't reduce by itself! My partner had a good spontaneous reduction which continues to this day. They have much less than when they started and they're 43 years old. It goes in periods: sometimes nothing happens for weeks and then suddenly wrrup! the skin withdraws suddenly! XD I read that now you can't afford it, take the opportunity to see how your skin behaves, now that you're reaching a much more normal weight :D In Italy the surgery is free through our NHS as part of the journey (and bariatric surgery is free too), but I think they'll at least wait until they reaches their desired weight, if only to think about that, given how their skin behaves :D
So awesome to see your journey! Sending all love and good vibes for your fertility. I had the surgery almost 10 months ago and I just got pregnant (I know a little too early since the surgery lol) but I'm excited.
Amazing transformation! Tysm for sharing! I know so many strigggle with their weight! You are such an amazing and beautiful person inside and out!! It feels good to do things that you weren’t able to do before! I see the joy in those big steps achieved!
Oh my goodness, thank you so so much for the encouraging and kind comment! and thank you so much for watching, it really does feel so cool to do stuff I couldnt before! YOU DA BEST
Thanks for this Kat!! Really grateful to have gone through this journey with you. I’m 3 months PO & my hair is just starting to fall out now, I’ve always had long hair, down to my butt. I’ve just had to cut it above my shoulders because of clumps of hair coming out. Hopefully it settles down the more protein I eat but atm it’s bad. My loose skin is awful on my arms and legs, alright on my tummy atm. I’ve lost 25kgs so far
your transformation is so surreal. i've been following you for a couple of years now and since you've lost the weight gradually my brain hasn't caught up propperly so everytime i see a flashback it's like that isn't you?if that makes sense
On April 1st I will be 10 years post op from gastric sleeve surgery. Like you by 11 months I had lost over 130 ponds. I was 258 the morning of my surgery. I still lose clumps of hair but I had a THICK head to start with. At a year and a half I had skin removal from my stomach. It was hands down the hardest surgery I have ever had.
Catherine your approach and common sense is so refreshing. There is always ups and down sides to everything and you’ve done amazing at finding that balance. A follow up question would be how closely to you measure your diet. I struggle with tracking food and liquids. You are a list person so hoping you have an awesome method you created and…. Maybe an idea for making a tracking template to sell in your Etsy store! I’d be the first to purchase. All my best! You’re such an inspiration!
It would be great to get Dean in on the 1 yr post op video. Or sometime soon maybe? I’m not sure if he is comfortable doing that and this is your channel and all, but I think that would be really cool to hear from both your perspectives. Congrats on the overall journey! You are doing awesome!
Catherine, you did really well with this procedure. Congratulations on the healthy new you, and you're looking fantastic ! Keep up the great work ! Thank you for sharing the update.
Found you via Victoria’s vlog and so glad I did. You are so down to earth and I love watching your vlogs. Thank you for sharing this, you have done amazing and look fab. Will definitely be following your travels and vlogs. Take care xxx
The changes to your life sound great! You always carried weight really well but enduring the negative life experiences must have been tough. I'm still on my snail's pace 🐌 weight loss journey. Have lost just over 2 stone and am chipping away each month. Thanks for sharing Catherine 💖
I love your weight loss vlogs Catherine ⭐🌸 its providing me a lot of inspiration esp when it comes to health. Cheers to a long & healthy life while we enioy our youth's sweet harvests 💞
I appreciate your honesty so much and think you are so brave and a remarkable person to put everything out there. Sharing the way you do is so admirable, and I know you will make such a wonderful mum. Love you!😚💜💙💚💛
Wow the sleep apnea thing is so scary, the headaches could also have been blood pressure and lack of oxygen from not breathing. That’s so scary! I’m glad you’re still here and alive and healthy! While I’m not plus sized, I know what you meant when you look back and thing wow this is what I dealt with for so long and accepted it as normal-that’s me and my mental health. I never realized how foggy anxiety left me or how delusional it made me to reality and it’s so so so weird to be able to relax. I’ve been in therapy since last summer and I just turned 30. I’m mad I didn’t get help sooner because some nights I just cry when I think what I put myself through. The relationships I messed up, opportunities I ran from, things I didn’t do because of it… I finally had enough when I was tired all the time and after my dad passed that summer I wasn’t handling it well. I also passed out at work from a sudden panic attack I tried to ignore… I have anxiety and ptsd so I’ve been on edge for a very long time which isn’t good for the heart or body. I hope this isn’t too personal, as I know some people can struggle staying on a healthy route when their weight plateaus, did you and dean see anyone for your mental health to help with the success of this? Often there’s a mental component to weight struggles. I’m really sorry for so long you’ve had to deal with so much many of us take for granted ❤️ I think now it’s time to mourn the loss of your old self and identity and embrace a new one, that’s been something I’ve been working on because my mental health disorders became my identity and it’s like I don’t know who I am anymore. I’m happier, but it’s just weird.
Thank you so much for your open honesty. You and Dean are such an inspiration! I love what you said about the loose skin. Compared to what you can now do, it seems a small price to pay. Really refreshing perspective. ❤️
Wow this video really hit home! I am about 6 month behind you after a bypass and so many points you made reflect my life. I was 21.4st and a UK 26 / 28, I still have a long way to go at 5st down but the changes are already huge; from being able to shop in more clothes stores, the seat belt extender on a plane (I always sneaked my own on a flight too) and feeling more confident. My only regret is that I didn’t have it done sooner because as someone who has not long turned 50 with PCOS I haven’t been able to conceive despite 3 rounds of IVF but my weight definitely affected this (so well done you for taking control in this area sooner than me). I have never had regular periods at all but since surgery I have been having regular monthly periods (I’m 50 and should be going through the menopause 😂😂😂). Also, I was type 2 diabetic and this is in remission and I no longer use insulin or take medication for high blood pressure; I had this surgery for all the reasons (apart from conceiving) that you mention and I can already feel and see a huge different; no more getting out of breath, no more avoiding places where I have to walk up hills etc etc. Honestly this video and seeing your progress is a huge inspiration, I found your channels when I was researching the surgery and have been addicted to both your channels ever since. Well done on all your hard work and achievements and thank you for this ‘real’ video update. I could also see a huge difference in Dean in your recent travel vlogs, it’s lovely to see you both physically changing together, I have amazing support from family and friends so I imagine it’s even more amazing to go through the changes together. Have an amazing time in the USA and enjoy the rides x
Thank you for this video! I've always been morbidly obese. You mentioned so many of my worse fears!! Omg!! I hide my belt extender!! I've been thinking of getting gastric bypass. I'm scared about it, ur video really helps!
I had weight loss surgery 3 months before you did! It has been so fun to feel like I'm going through this journey with you! Thanks for sharing! My question is, do you struggle with liking how your body looks? I am struggling with my loose skin for sure.
At the moment Im more focused on the weight loss/health benefits than how I look! But I’m not at goal yet 😮so I’m not sure how I will feel when I get there! 😂❤
@@catherinekayy I am so much healthier than I was before which has been so awesome. I think maybe I need to really think about why I think everyone around me (including you!) look amazing but I have some sort of mental block about me.

Thank you so much for sharing; I could almost cry with gratitude! You are such a lovely soul all round and I'm so happy that the surgery is bringing you the health and joy you were hoping for. You will be a fab mum one day :)
Well done for your massive achievement. I am with slimming world and close to my three stone loss, I will find out tomorrow evening (9/3/2023) if i have lost anymore. It is a liberating feeling to fit in clothes again! I think i mentioned this on your instagram as well. I can't remember!
You've done amazing, well done! I really feel your emotion ❤️ I'm going through my own journey at the moment and hearing you talk about the differences between before and after weightloss was very motivating. Thank you 😘 and enjoy your next trip!
First, congratulations. I feel happy for you that you reached so many of your goals. For fertility, I recommend taking your basal temperature to see whether you ovulate. There are also tests that can show ovulation. Good luck on this journey! Better to have kids when you feel fit, btw. Especially toddler, elementary school kids require some stamina !
I had no idea of your weight loss journey.... you are so beautiful! I myself am starting my own weight loss program. It is a daily struggle for sure! I am 255 lbs and want to reach 175 lbs. I am taking it one day at a time. Thanks for sharing your journey. Love your videos ❤
Yay! Congrats on such a tremendous effort! I had RNY a little over 12 years ago. I had my hair cut into a pixie about 6 months post op bc I kept getting comments about my 1950’s looking bangs/fringe. I was like that’s new hair growth not one inch bangs cut on purpose! However, I told no one I had surgery. I was so ashamed of myself. I was also afraid of failing with WLS then what would people say. But, I remember watching a wls documentary on TV and telling myself I deserve that chance just like the woman on TV. I found it hard to accept I had let my weight get so out of control that surgery was required. Luckily, the program I was in had regular dietician and psychological sessions to help us overcome all these different emotions and obstacles. The biggest surprise I had was my foot shrunk nearly 2 sizes! As a plus sized girl, I had a huge shoe collection because I could buy them anywhere. I had to toss/donate a majority of them. Dealing with the loose skin has presented many problems over the years, and I’ve found ways to deal with it. I will say the Dove Dry Spray is awesome especially when cramming the jiggly bits into spanx!
Thanks for sharing your experience Catherine. I'd love to see a what I eat now 11 months post surgery. You look fantastic, you have always look pretty but now you are pretty and healthy. Xx
Hi! I’ve been watching your journey since just before I had VSG in December. You’ve helped me be prepared for some of the changes. Thank you! So far, still in soft food phase but 20+ pounds down.
you look beautiful, you did before but now you feel more healthy and comfortable in your body. Thank you for being so honest and sharing the whole experience with us all. xoxoxo
Just started to follow your channel and watched some of your weight loss videos. Thanks for all information so far and your experience. On Wednesday I have a meeting with my surgeon. And hopefully I will get the last yes for surgery (in our health care system) and date for surgery (in that case they have written prel. in September). But I have decided I might go for a sleeve. I also got asthma, sleeping apnea, thyroid sickness and fibromyalgia. So I hope it will help me, if I got the surgery. And I already know it's just a tool you need use right. I also have hair loss already, but I did stop having fringe some years back cause of it. Thanks for the great videos. Love from Sweden... (and my man is from UK) ❤

Hi Pam!!! Could you explain to me how to use the Rosemary oil? I have lost 80 lbs thus far and my hair is falling out DESPITE using multivitamins every day. Thank you in advance for your help! 💖💖
@@charlareidbodyandsoul Hi Charla, you can buy some organic rosemary oil and dilute a few drops in a carrier oil such as jojoba (or a oil of your choice but it must be a lightweight oil, preferably one that doesn’t have a strong smell), how much rosemary depends on how much carrier oil you are using. Or you could boil some fresh rosemary, pour it into a spray bottle with some water and spray your hair with it, concentrating on your roots, then give your scalp a good massage afterwards. There are lots of videos on UA-cam or TikTok with lots of info on rosemary oil for hair growth ❤️
I'm nearly five months post op and really going through it with the hair loss at the minute! I'm so sad about it, I feel like it was my identity to have really long hair :( but, I had the op for fertility reasons too and so I'm hopeful that it will be worth it in the end ^_^ xx
You’ve done amazing I’m quite envious. Your loose skin on your tummy is very similar to how mine went post pregnancy (the first one before I got fatter 😂). I’m quite surprised how little loose skin you have x
I've been following your artist journey since the past 4yrs+, and that includes your weightloss journey. Your stat's at starting size were almost the same as mine, you're going to continue to lose for another year yet, although it will be very much a slower journey for the next 12 months. You look like your truly enjoying a much healthier life, and I'm so happy you have Dean along the journey to share it with you too. So many NSV - airplanes and crossing legs, clothes available & so on! NOW I'm sure the regular periods will mean you'll have much better chance of conceiving your minis 🥰 Your hair - the body suffered a massive trauma - they made you a brand new organ, the hair loss at that point is more because you're brushing it out to the breakage point in your growth. At 5+ years post op my hair is fully starting to grow back and no doubt yours will too (except mine seems to be curly now, so wierd). I ended up getting skin removal at 5yrs post because I was getting rashes, bleeding in my apron, and developed skin issues. You look amazing Keep on enjoying your life xx
Oh my gosh thank you so so much! 🌸 Fingers crossed for the conceiving part heheh yayyy i really hop eit does grow back cause it was already thin as a wisp before 🤣 Thank you so so much for sharing your advice too, this is super helpful!

I can feel you gurl…. I can relate very much.. but unfortunately i dont think they have this surgery in my country… watching this feels like…. I have a sister who truly understand me 😭
You look fantastic your stats are near identical to mine but I'm a bit farther on I'm 19 months post op was 308lb 22 stone I'm now at goal bang on 11 stone I'm also 5'7 and a tiny bit but I'm way older I found your channel by accident but watch every video you put out I thought my belly would be worse too I had slim legs but inner thighs and arms are worse haha anyway glad to see dean is also on the right track to I'm in a fb group he posted on well done both of you your both awesome 💗
When I lost a lot of weight (sadly all back on and getting MGB next year) I suddenly felt like I was going to knee myself in the face when I was swinging my legs up to get into bed :)
As someone who lossed weaght due to sickness/ a change in meds I was stuned about where my loose skin came in, for me it was thys and upper arms and butt. the body so intoresting
Thank you for such an honest video. You (and Dean) are looking great. For anyone with weight issues the victories, such as with the seatbelt on planes, are huge. I remember going up the stairs in my house and realized for the first time I was not out of breath at the top. And then actually running up the stairs. Here in the US the larger clothing section in department stores is called “Womens” (sometime “plus sizes”). Took me a long time to stop walking there first when clothes shopping.
I'm pretty sure Womens is just the area specifically for adults and not Juniors; it runs the range of full range of sizes in most U.S. stores, but will specify Plus Size areas for those who need it.
@@milkflavored Not the large signage up high on the walls in the department stores where I live, and shop, in Northern California. As a Scot who moved to California 27 years ago I found the wall signage and terms for sizings very strange. It took me awhile to locate what I needed shopping in Nordstrom, Macys etc.
8.6 stones, well done. I was heavier than you when I started dieting. I think I must have been at least 22 or 23 stones. Am now under 17 stones. Like you I can relate to not bothering to look for clothes that fit me in clothes shops as I knew it was a waste of time as I was up to three years ago at least a size XXXL(male sizes) or as a non binary person in female sizes a size 28 or 30 or bigger. I always had to buy my clothes online where I knew they had plus sizes and even then you are limited in what you can buy especially when one's waistline is approaching 64" as it was for me before I started to actively lose the weight. Forget the latest fashions, it isn't an option when you are that big. I would like to get down to 11 or 12 stones. Just another 4 stones or so to go(for Americans watching a stone is 14lbs).
How have your energy levels been? Have you found that you (or anyone else who's had this surgey) experience lightheadedness or dizziness since surgery?
My energy levels have been the best they have ever been in my adult life! Although at the veru start I was more fatigued due to very low calories and recovery. I do get dizzy spells now and then and lightheadedness if I stand up too quickly xxx

Its crazy!
I love you and your honesty. Thanks for putting this video together! You look amazing!
You’re sooo brave😭🫶🏻 that’s why I don’t miss a video from you on this channel and Katnipp, love you girl💖
oh my goodness thank you so so much!
what a change! At the last bit where you showed your stomach, ma'am you're slim! I know you're not at the finish line but taken in account the loose skin. If that would be gone already you'd be snatched.
:') hhehehe aww than you so so much heheh maybe! I think I do have some fat still to loose though!
OH! I totally relate about the seatbelt extenders - and the tray not going all the way down on the plane. It is so true that there are so many little things that you go through in day to day life as an overweight person. You are such an encouragement, and I hope you keep this channel going for the long haul!
Amen! It all adds up and something that you’ll only know when you experience it! 🥹🌷🌷🌷
OH MY GOSH!!! I just found this channel. But have been following your other one for a long time. You are so beautiful and thank you for your inspiration!!!
heheh oh my gosh thank you so so much heheh this is a huge compliment! YOU DA BEST
Huge congrats hun!
I'm almost 3 months post OP and I've lost over 3 stone and I've dropped 3 dress sizes. The QoL difference is absolutely insane :D
Wow! Isn’t it insane how fast it changes things! It’s crazy 😂❤
Gosh, what an achievement! Thanks for sharing your experience, Catherine - I've learned so much about the process. 💛
🌷 Thank you so much for always commenting and supporting 😭 YOU DA BEST
I so relate to all of this! I’m three years post op and I still get surprised that smaller sizes fit me! So happy for you!❤
Heheh thank you so so much! It’s mind boggling I forget everytime I always go to the end of the rack too 😂❤
I’m so happy for you and Dean, you have both done so well, one of the gp’s at my doctor’s surgery asked me if I had thought about bariatric surgery!
I'm so happy!
Now they have bought a bicycle, put bags on it to go shopping without worries, but they're also able to walk when before only a hundred meters was exhausting D:
Ditto for the cons, huge hair loss but now they're recovering too and excess skin.
XD
I read that now you can't afford it, take the opportunity to see how your skin behaves, now that you're reaching a much more normal weight :D
In Italy the surgery is free through our NHS as part of the journey (and bariatric surgery is free too), but I think they'll at least wait until they reaches their desired weight, if only to think about that, given how their skin behaves :D
YOU DA BEST
@@catherinekayy yw! I truly mean it! 💖💖💖
You have done so so well. You have every right to feel proud of yourself.
I’ve lost 25kgs so far
your transformation is so surreal. i've been following you for a couple of years now and since you've lost the weight gradually my brain hasn't caught up propperly so everytime i see a flashback it's like that isn't you?if that makes sense
hehehe 🤣 it totally does, its the same for when I look back on it as well!
Hey Catherine, thanks so much for sharing this journey and for being so open and honest about everything. You and Dean are both doing amazing ♥️ xxx

You are doing awesome!
yessss me and dean will do a video!
Catherine, you did really well with this procedure. Congratulations on the healthy new you, and you're looking fantastic ! Keep up the great work ! Thank you for sharing the update.

Oh wow thank you so so much ehehh 🌷
The relationships I messed up, opportunities I ran from, things I didn’t do because of it…
I finally had enough when I was tired all the time and after my dad passed that summer I wasn’t handling it well. I also passed out at work from a sudden panic attack I tried to ignore…
I have anxiety and ptsd so I’ve been on edge for a very long time which isn’t good for the heart or body.

Oh my goodness thank you so so mcuh! I wish you all the best of luck too! It's a hard journey but one that is worth it! You got this!
Xx
Congratulations on your journey. ❤

Thank you so much for watching!

Rosemary oil is amazing for growing your hair back, it will stop it falling out and make your hair stronger and thicker ❤
Hi Pam!!! Could you explain to me how to use the Rosemary oil? I have lost 80 lbs thus far and my hair is falling out DESPITE using multivitamins every day. Thank you in advance for your help! 💖💖
Thank you for the suggestions 😍🌸🌸🥹

I don't really know much about the surgery, but the incisions look great! For some reason I expected them to be a lot bigger.
You look great, sweet Catherine!
I'm nearly five months post op and really going through it with the hair loss at the minute! I'm so sad about it, I feel like it was my identity to have really long hair :( but, I had the op for fertility reasons too and so I'm hopeful that it will be worth it in the end ^_^ xx
fingers crossed it will, from what I have heard it does grow back eventually
NOW I'm sure the regular periods will mean you'll have much better chance of conceiving your minis 🥰
Your hair - the body suffered a massive trauma - they made you a brand new organ, the hair loss at that point is more because you're brushing it out to the breakage point in your growth. At 5+ years post op my hair is fully starting to grow back and no doubt yours will too (except mine seems to be curly now, so wierd).
I ended up getting skin removal at 5yrs post because I was getting rashes, bleeding in my apron, and developed skin issues.
You look amazing
Keep on enjoying your life xx
Oh my gosh thank you so so much! 🌸 Fingers crossed for the conceiving part heheh yayyy i really hop eit does grow back cause it was already thin as a wisp before 🤣 Thank you so so much for sharing your advice too, this is super helpful!

Hi! New around here. I love your honesty and vulnerability here.
We're you ever diagnosed with PCOS?
I have pcos! 🌷🌷💕
No, you don't look bad at all. I would say you look very nice. What is your exercise routine? Do you do one?
How have your energy levels been? Have you found that you (or anyone else who's had this surgey) experience lightheadedness or dizziness since surgery?
My energy levels have been the best they have ever been in my adult life! Although at the veru start I was more fatigued due to very low calories and recovery. I do get dizzy spells now and then and lightheadedness if I stand up too quickly xxx
