1:14 shows you how fucked up the bounty system/reputation meter is. Fanboys will die by it being fine but its so wrong. Lightning kills you both and you lose 1/4 of your reputation. Whisper "Have a nice day!" to loud in St. Denis and the Army is sending the 4th Calvary after you. Get ambushed by a bunch of theives shooting at you and and you defend yourself and lose reputation. Accidentally brush by someone and the Air Force is dropping Nuclear Bombs on you. The game is so good but the bounty/reputation system makes little to no sense sometimes.
