Your "monotonous" way of presentation is really UNIQUE and that makes you stand out from the crowd of other presenters on UA-cam. You don't have to change that for anyone. Personally, I find your presentation style and voice soothing to the eyes and ears!!!
@Rupesh Pradhan I Second that ✌️
Boring
I mean he legit has no expression on his face, it's bound to be UNIQUE
True that. For me, his type of presentations lets me focus more on the content and learn from it.
Monotonous mean
1. Most of the decisions you make is reversible.
2. If you have spent lot of resources on a wrong thing thinking it is the right think, this doesn't give you excuse to stay on that path just because you gave too much and are willing to go further down that road.
3. The universe doesn't care about you.
4. Get Over your fear
5. Don't outsource thinking, take some time to think by yourself. Doing/learning things what everyone else is doing will make you mediocre.
6. Work hard but on the right path.
7. Good communication skills are imp even when you are an introvert. Helps you get the job done!
Thanks for sharing
A couple of things that I came up with deep thinking on my own:
1. Most goals are not really difficult, they are more of a time sink. In most cases, if you spend long enough working towards it, you eventually will reach it. The difficult decision is if you want to sink that much time into the goal or not?
2. Getting started is much more important than planning how to do a thing perfectly. As you start doing the thing, and gain experience with it, you will learn how to optimize it little by little to make the experience better.
I agree with both your points. Thanks for sharing.
I agree too
I'm currently 19 now and I feel so left behind. i haven't been making any progress in my life for past three 3 years. When open Instagram and see my friends having a good times there, I feel so lonely and depressed. I always used to distract myself doom scrolling all day and night. but today i randomly found your video and after watching it, I feel so relaxed and I can relate to everything you talked about in the video. I realized and learned a lot through this video I couldn't stop myself from crying. I don't know how to put it into words man. thank you very much, more power to you!
I say try to have a balance. You are very young. Focus on building yourself and have fun too occassionally. You will cherish those memories later.
just get right into the boat with no excuse, dedicate all your time in doing potential things that you think would benefit you in the near future
You are quite young and have a whole life ahead of you. My best advise, study. If you happen to be a guy, put off fun for now and stay of girlfrieds or anything of the sort and just focus. You will be surprised how the next 4-5years will turn out. And dont waste any moment because TIME WILL FLY BEFORE YOU CAN EVEN BLINK!!
Same here career wise I am not going anywhere idk what I even like I am so doneeee
Us bro
My story is same as you brother. I did civil engineering, and worked two years in construction sites. Then I lost my job due to economic crises in my country (Sri Lanka). Same as you I started learning programming. I almost give up learning programming and I got your video in my youtube home feed. Thank you for your inspiration. This video helps me to keep fighting. I'm 28 years old.
Keep fighting bro. We're with you!
I can feel you bro ✋
Civil engineer learning programming same here😂😂😂
Hey, what a coincidence! I did production engineering, only to find out that it's not what I love. Now, like you, I'm learning programming. And, I'm also from Sri Lanka.
I am watching others do programming
On my own, I realised this --
- believing in yourself than anyone else is the most important thing to do first.
- Planning what and how you are going to do next on your own.
- Being Consistent.
- Meditation is the key to focus !!!!
Thanks for sharing, Mukul ❤️
I will be turning 20 in four months and I think this video made me think about myself and not give up when fear wins over my mind. Thanks for the video man.
Im a 19 year old CS major. Ive been feeling like I havent done enough no matter how hard I try. Thank you so much.
I realised on my own that underestimating yourself and working hard for your goals is better than overestimating yourself and doing negligible work and just passing judgements on what others are doing
Don't change a thing. Your voice, communication skills and ability to reach an audience is phenomenal. I'm 51 yrs old and rarely find anyone that can hold my attention. Not only do you hold my attention, but you are also extremely intelligent, not self absorbed and have a grasp on how to achieve the results you want.
Thanks very much for your kind words ❤️
I really appreciate your hard work and you give your precious time by shooting these videos and share your thoughts is just awesome .
Thanks Ankita!
creative ,hardworking ,good observation, easily adapt with environment
I'm 18 years old, what I believe is when life strikes you hard with reality and stopped you to become something you dreamed of even then, life leaves you with two choices, you give up on what you dreamed of (OR) not give up even if you have to start chasing your life all over it again, always the choice is yours
True!
Biggest Lesson I Learned: Embrace Solitude
When I was in my early twenties, I had the chance to live in another city while attending school. Long story short, I faced immense pressure, stopped going to school, and ended some relationships. It was one of the toughest decisions I’ve ever made. But with the support of my family, I gained valuable insights:
Embrace Fearlessness: Most people are too busy with their own lives to pay much attention to what you’re doing. So, go ahead and try things you thought were impossible, too embarrassing, or not your style.
*side note: This also just made me more aproachable in general bc I didn't take myself too srsly anymore, so good way to make long time friends in new cities!!
Self-Reflection: Having that much free time forces you to confront the less-than-perfect aspects of yourself. It’s a case-by-case journey, so go about it however you see fit. Ultimately, I've gained a stronger sense of self and the confidence to attempt things I once thought impossible. There's still plenty to learn, though.
This is all just forehead advice to alot of you im sure, but it genuinely transformed my life.
Just saw few seconds , got highly influenced and felt depth in ur voice, none of the unseen video could have attracted me to this extent
I'm 31 and I just started web development for the first time. Watching this video is like fuel my passion to achieve my ultimate goal again. Thanks bro really touching.
I hear you! I really can understand your story, I had a similar one and now I'm working from heart ❤ to be every day better at my passions and communicate better, at the end we all are social people by nature
Bhaia, trust me, this kind of important advice, I never get from the video of the same title "7/10/20 things I wish I knew before my 20s" You helping me to grow up and take better decisions, Thank You ❤🇧🇩
Hey Baha! Are you exactly the same buddy from our college ?
@@rahat_uddin Hi Rahat, yes yes I am your buddy Baha!
@@bahauddinchishte @bahauddinchishte So we're not in so different path again 😅 Surely, it's always too difficult to forget friends both in the real planet and internet 🤣
@@bahauddinchishte And listen, I'm up to building up a PC. So I may need your help.As I am not available on social media and I've changed my last contact also, how can catch you up buddy?
Look Sahil, I don't give a damn if you're monotonous or whatever, you give out quality content that's VERY HARD to come across and you deliver it beautifully. Every video that I watch of you, I'll make sure that I'll watch it till the end. Why? Because even though you're monotonous, you catch my complete attention because deep in my heart, I just know what you're saying is very valuable and something I wish I could get more of.
You are a rare gem because of your sheer quality. I don't give a damn about your style. You're helping people with your experience and that's all that matters to me. I am honestly proud of what you've become from all the hardships you've went through. Also, it seems like you're monotone is more of a choice, lol. I noticed you used to be much more alive in your older videos. Keep making quality content, Sahil! Love ya! You're honestly inspiring me everyday to be a better programmer!
You stand out of the crowd and also all your videos shows your intelligence, hard work, and patience. Hats off!
oh man we share the same story i gave up my course at mechanical engineering now i am a CE student i love what you said about working hard
You are not boring...it is just that your delivery evokes for me lines of computer code.
I dont follow the crowd, never have. I like to think about what would be most important to do, the limiting factors....and then I try and learn what I need to know. I am just most comfortable in the unknown. But often you have to deal with the fact that you stick out like a sore thumb. But I love freedom first and I cant get enough of it.
You get to know yourself and then you define your priorities. And you delineate the compromises you may (!!) have to make. Keep being happy!
Thanks Martine.
I always surprise how much you think like me...
Best thing is that you are very honest and talk about real life problems that we are facing..
BTW Love your content....
Thanks Om.
Thank you very much. Changing my career from Telecommunication Engineering to Software Development has been a significant milestone for me. This story has truly motivated me
i dont know how to say excatly but your content is of very high quality and we need to listen it with full focus, which is great for the people who really wanna succeed
Your way of speaking is very soothing...and people are complaining about it....they might be pointing out your expression its always straight faced....
I admire you so much, sir.
A fellow 30 + year old from Romania.
I do really get you. In a world where everything is so idealized and being happy is equated to smile ,external beauty, wealth and a nice physique, it's hard to be different. Trust me uniqueness creates a doubt in those individuals who feel different from the rest. But the harsh truth is that it's okay to be different as long as they are happy being who they are... It doesn't really matter if I destroy my inner peace to be like everyone when clearly I am happy being the way I am. I would rather chose not to. Thank you for your amazing and crisp videos. I value information over expression.
I usually dont write comments. But for this video. You derserve it. I empathize lots of things in this video. I will keep in mind. I think fear in 20's is the most dangerous thing. Do what you want to do without thinking about fallen cost.
Your word Universe does not care is true because Today I am jobless so my such a close friend is not inviting me to his marriage, so first thing that come in my mind is to be a wealthy person in every aspect not for others but for ourselves.
Sometimes when I was younger, I was seldom listened to myself because I thought it would be more appropriate to listen to others who might have more experience in life. Even when I got older, I still having this dilemma. I don't have good mentors or really good circle ever. But I realize, I am more able to accept failure because of my own decisions than listening to other people because other people will not be responsible for it.
My surrounding are fill with people who are they ,what they want from life ,got IIT & earning 18-20 lakh ,i am 25 & i feel worthless that i spend 6 year and did nothing ,after hearing from you it feel so I am not alone ,not all people do have a straight line graph in carrier v/s time .....Thankyou for sharing your experience ,you are a true fighter.
Hey same here , I am 25 as well , haven't progressed in life as well I don't even know what I can do or can't do . Good luck to all of us
@@sg28011 I am , even I have been looking all over the internet for a right direction and came accross this video. And as you suggested I will look into it , right way to to get into AI. And thank you really .

Great thumbnail! It definitely caught my attention and made me want to click on the video. Can't wait to watch and learn more about tech. Thanks for sharing 🤗
One Thing - Focus
I think your communication skills are at par excellence, that's why many people loves your content.
Thanks Sahil!
Your monotonous way of present is literary excellent , It seems like you are speaking from heart and feels like every next minute you are gonna tell some unique think therefore we stick till the end in your all videos.Thank you so much for making this quality content and sharing your experience with us.
Watched many vedios titled things you should do at 20s but this seems more informative and crystal clear
You have to push for yourself , your parents waiting for your sucess🎉
This vedio hve no add huge respect 👏 🙌
Men trust me u are so interesting not boring... Keep going... U are helping a lot of people which is very good thing ❤
that one thing that i figured out by myself among many others is that you will try and fail, procrastinate, sink in to the worst hell but the thing that will keep you alive is your drive to your work or how driven are to sacrifice everything for it.
Sahel,
Thank you for your presentation. I Enjoyed it.
I realized, and came to the conclusion to focus on my personal knowing and to trust my way, my feeling on life. Know that 'fear' is the 'devil', as a way of speaking, which undermines any 'good' or positive you can do. All this just because you are *afraid* to try.
As someone in my late 20s, who always wanted to start programming but never was able to stick with it, I always said to myself "Well, you f-ed up, you could have done better in professional school" etc. etc.
Now I finally found the courage to try it once more, and I'm actually making progress this time, but still this lingering regret of "I could have done better, now it's too late" is always present.
Watching this video, really helped me get out of that cycle, and lets me look forward to a much, much brighter future! Thank you so much!
EDIT: When I started in a career, the school I was attending, had two paths we could choose from "System-Technician" and "Software-Developer"
I really, wanted to go the Developer-Path, but I struggled so hard keeping up with the courses, that I eventually gave up and sticked with the other path.
Once I did that, I always thought "Thats it, thats what you have todo from now on". It felt like having to write an essay, while watching my friends eat ice-cream outside.
Knowing that I can still turn the wheel and take up my passion...is life-changing!
Thanks for sharing your story. I’m sure you’ll turn the wheel very soon. Good luck 👍
Truly Inspiring and motivating. Thank you for sharing your experience with us 😀
I really appreciate you sharing your journey, m8. From a small town, and with no career guidance, I sunk 6 years of my life into arts and design, only to get back to my coding roots last year. Working at an international startup as a junior developer, now. Long way to go, much to learn. But I'm excited about it this time, rather than suffering through it. I'm older than my peers but I catch on much faster. And everything I've learnt comes around to help me in unexpected ways. Nothing I learnt ever truly went to waste. Your words mean a lot.
As for the one thing I learnt myself: The ego is an immensely powerful tool. It fuels courage to stand against the world but can also lead off a cliff the moment you blink. Haven't mastered using it, yet. But I've definitely learnt how to leverage it well.
Definitely u r not boring .... I can't skip your video for a second....
what i understood was that making write decision and working towards it is a lot better than burning yourself with hard work in wrong things second i learned that that no matter if you spend much more time doing the wrong things just dont ever fear to start again the right path after realizing no one cares about your goals you are the one who should so you should make decision based on your deep knowledge and understanding just dont give your life gear to anyone except you.
Currently 20 years old really needed this
Wisdom packed video. Thanks a lot Sir.
When I was in 7th standard I was a dull student of any subject but I realise that there is only appreciation for a topper and any we have it would not liked by anyone then I decide a thought by own thinking capabilities and got first in my standard onwards that was a great achievement
Still good content on internet , good suggested video by UA-cam , good positive vibe
Only one line to say " It's awesome video I ever seen " thank you for providing your real life experience
HEY ! Thanks for sharing wisdom with younger generation and inspiring us to better future ! Good luck with your future career and life !
one thing i came up on my own is 1. what appears in your imagination and what appears in reality are very different , though similar if planned and thought well but even then the weight of experiencing things face to face and with multiple vriables lile anxiety , insecurities , getting old , financial situation , quality of life can take you by shock and suprise , so dont ever have too much ideal expectations in, otherwise dread is much more harder to manage . the main point being you wont know exactly how youre gonna feel about it and you cant afford to be scared about confronting it . the best bet is to live slow , plan well and act, rest you have to be open enough for experiences to come in . vague point but a sorta realisation
The best part of life is you have alot of choices than you imagine choose wisely dude!!
neither your are boring nor you are monotonous you are just great let say those things who ever do say you just keep on working truse me you deserve a lot of the more subscribesas and the faeme to
THIS GUY IS A GEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
RELATABLE BIG TIME BRO
Thanks Jeet.
This man is absolutely correct. I am 44 years old and spent many years working as a chef I dabbled in programming with a friend attending a local university and now works as a software engineer. then lived with Buddhist monks and took my teacher back to Sri Lanka where he passed away many people there are suffering but they never give up on life. when I returned to the U.S. I enrolled in my local college for data analytics because I find it fascinating and frankly don't care what people think. Life is short and your time is precious if you want to do something then do it, it will be difficult but nothing worth having comes easily.
Thanks Sahil,,, You always inspire me to become a software engineer
your monotonous communication skill is not boring sir, it is awesome. I like the way you speak.
Your all videos are like audiobooks on UA-cam as your eyes didn’t even blink 😊 and I can watch your video without even looking at the video 😊
Yes, I have an observation I came up with. Although it's too early to say as I'm just at the begaining of my carrer. My observation is, It's important to go on in life without stopping, you don't need to be perfect or fast, you can be both imperfect and slow, but keep going, life is not a race, it's a never-ending marathon. Eventually, you'll find out you are way ahead of a lot of people who were ahead of you once, just because you never stopped, and kept going, even if you weren't the fast one.
No one can substitute for your efforts and your choices in life. Take charge!
A things that I came up with deep thinking on my own:
make a habit of making good habit ,
don't do what is trend do what gives you profit whether it is trend or not
Your story is exsact like mine story, but i did bacholor again in computer sience😊 i am working as developer and really enjoying it
Thank you for the video. I am in my early 20's
I skip this video cause everyone using this title and nothing new in there video, but here i am happy you share VERY NEW & DIFF views
Thank You so much for the video. I get motivated while watching your videos and they are really really helpful. The content you are putting in is really amazing keep going and expect more content from your side.
keep sharing like this to the world Sahil, you mayn't , you may change someone's life. Please keep your journey.
Thanks Rahul.
No failure is ultimate. No success is ultimate. Lets grow in our 20s and make this country a happy place for the younger and elder generation.
not just you , i did same sunk cost fallacy, i did in electrical , i changed my career to computer science through work !

Man you speaking very well, i like your simplicity but remember you have to smile more to win a communication cause smile is worth 10 million so smile bro...!😊

Thank you Sahil, your advice on deep thinking is great and real. Appreciated.
I hardly watch the videos from YT to the end and leave for most of the time but you're different. I fell in love with your videos at once and didn't even think to leave the video. That's amazing that you can attract the viewers. You said "Leave your cmt". Alright, that's what I always say to myself to concentrate. I am currently struggling to redirect my path in life as a 26yo man that feels behind in life. I have fallen victim of modern day technology for so much time that I can't even imagine it.
Thank you very much for making this video, it has helped me a ton by making me realize what I am currently doing wrong.
What I learnt till now since I born is. Please read it carefully " It always be negative when you observe dark side of anything and it gets brighter and better when you ignore dark side about that thing" I don't know whether it sounds great but these words have a very deep meaning and it applies everywhere.
Growing up in a small village with no internet and tv is something is wished i had this life during becoz what destroyed me is absent there.
every thing that you have learned in the right moment , it will make sense in the long run (i mean in the moment when you need it firmly).
Thanks for sharing.
You don't need so many things (resources) to shine.
Your intelligence blended with your hard work will transform even bad things into resources.
