Thanks, Very Simple & Useful Video That Actually Shows How It’s Done An How It Works - Beautiful Video Brother Thanks Alot Once Again 🤝💯
I had no idea the led relay was adjustable...my chaser indicators are out of sync with the relay speed..I'll see if I can change the led flasher speed or get one like yours.. I subscribed because that's actually a good bit of info
That's a really helpful thing to have.
Nice video👍👍👍
Thanks 👍
I had one of these orange adjustable flasher relays but unfortunately it failed after a couple of years on the bike. After a heavy rainstorm the relay shorted out and my signals quit working.
I stuck the factory relay back in and even though the LED signals flash a bit fast I can see that the weather sealing on the factory module is clearly superior just from looking at it.
Hello Jerry.
Really enjoy your informative videos.I own a 24 RoEn GT 650 and i ordered this relay but it looks like it doesn't fit. Can you help me out with any info, if any , on the relay for the 2024 GT 650? I'm having a hard time finding an adjustable switch after updating to LEDs on my bike.
Thanks and keep up the amazing vids!
My bike is a 2022... someone else also mentioned that the relay on the 2024 is different 🤷♂️ I haven't seen what it looks like. If it is different, may need to wait for it to become available. Update if you find one.
@@RideWithJerry cheers!
Thanks, good video
Thanks man going to try it
Awesome video. Thank you
Excellent thank you for sharing!👍🏻
Thank you! Cheers!
I was wanting to use my push pull guitar potentiometers and knobs to have two different flashing speeds for the front and rear set of indicators. Probably not worth it.
Very nice video
Thanks 👍
Did you disconnected the battery first before doing that? Is it nessasary?
I don't recall if I disconnected the battery; may not be necessary but probably a good idea to disconnect. It's quick and easy to disconnect the battery. Remove the side panel and the battery is right there, just unscrew the connection.
@@RideWithJerry good my left indicator wont work at all neither does hazards but right one works. Would a new relay fix it?
Thanks 👍
Hi, I've installed led turn signals. With old relay I get hyper flashing, with new relay for led lights, my turn signals are not blinking but they are turned on and standing still. Any idea what could be the issue? Wrong relay?
Could be the wrong relay. Is it adjustable? If not you could give that a try. This is the one I used amzn.to/3OLgs56
Hello ! Let me why does this relay have only 2 contacts? On my Continental GT650 2024, the relay have 4 contacts … strange
4-pin flasher relay? That is strange. I know the other relays are 4 or 5 pin, but thought the flasher was only 2 (sometimes 3) 🤷♂️ IDK
This bike has a hard drive?!
That's the ECU (engine control unit) It looks like a hard drive from the outside but inside is a circuit board that manages the engine performance.
Is this the same with all motorbikes going from incandescent to LED? For example I have a Triumph Tiger and would like to change to LED.
Changing over to LED you usually need some sort of resistor or relay to get the timing right.
ᵖʳᵒᵐᵒˢᵐ 😅
The old lights = heavier load ....
LED = lower load
Tyre upgrade video upload please
I plan on doing a tubless conversion on the spoked rims and changing tires with the next couple weeks.
@@RideWithJerry thanku bro. I'm gt continental owner one of the best modification in my gt continental.
