We begin this episode by looking for some inspiration for our mug design on Etsy. Once we find a design we like, we gather our materials, including our Luminaris 200 White Toner Transfer Printer, our iKonix Mug Press, our blank mugs and our transfer paper. Next, we set up our design using out VividRip software.
Then we show you how to print your designs onto your transfer paper using our Luminaris 200 so the designs are mirrored. Next, we demonstrate the settings needed to press your design onto your mugs using the iKonix Mug Press so that your designs will come out perfectly.
Finally, we press our design onto our mugs and show you how to peel them off safely by submerging the mugs in water.

How do you Make the box on the screen ( the onscreen paper) with the image in it so large ? It’s an uphill battle for me

Hi there! You can actually do this through VividRIP.

My designs come out flat, is that supposed to be? Or should they be glossy like the cups/mugs?

Also, did you bake yours on this video?

I followed your original video on sublimation using the Ricoma, but the paper would stick to the entire cup and I was never able to get it off. This video uses water to soak, was there a difference between videos?

Are your mugs glossy, and are they sublimation mugs?

@@ricomatvyessir, they are glossy and sublimation ready, both mugs and tumblers. I’ve used both sublimation paper and plain paper but the paper sticks either way.
