Visiting the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival 2021

We visited the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival in Mount Vernon, Washington for the first time and were amazed by how beautiful the flower fields were! Specifically, we walked around RoozenGaarde and enjoyed the endless flower fields and display flowers they had set up. It was the perfect day trip and is great for all ages. The paths were all very flat and you shouldn’t have any problems getting around with a stroller or wheelchair. With picnic benches set up and food available, plan to stay a few hours (this year they had 2-hour time slots available, which is plenty of time to walk around, take pictures, and do a little relaxing as you look out over the fields). They have an abundance of different varieties of tulips planted near the entrance in addition to a few other types of flowers such as daffodils and hyacinths.
