Good question! Yes, I looked up the play-by-play diagrams from Colonel Hai, and I find that the blue tank mysteriously moved from 7,7 to 9,7 in the diagram, though the move is not written in the record. Apparently a mistake in the original list of moves.... so, in this position, the tank, for whatever reason is supposed to be on 9,7
