    The asana was very difficult to follow due to the black background. The instructor was speaking very fast. Please make another video keeping these two requests in mind.

    I agree with Prerna Aurora’s comment about the poor lighting making it very difficult to see the details. Furthermore, it would be more appropriate for the instructor to speak at a slower pace. Dr. Hansaji always speaks at a perfect pace in all her videos, which enables listeners to grasp every point she makes. Thank you.
