"people look at me a little funny".. I think every street photographer has the same problem. Been out the last few nights around Sydney, been getting those same funky looks from time to time.
please keep doing videos like this! i am just starting to get into photography again and this is really enjoyable to watch. it is cool to get to see how your thought process works throughout the video!
Hi mate. Great video. Really enjoyed it. The mic sounds amazing. Do you have a photo where you can see how you have the Pocket 2 in the chest mount and the mic attached? Where do you place the mic?
Video was fire and i just got the 85mm for fathers day. I have a question. The photos are amazing. How do you decide what to crop out when posting on lets say instagram. I feel like the 4x5 takes away some from the photo and i wish there was a way to post the full image.
I usually don't comment on videos but i'm super happy that i found your channel! :D i'm watching a lot of street photography videos at the moment, since we can't get around and travel. it's also super chill to watch it while being in homeoffice and really like your edits! keep going! :D
man, dont stop creting. you've done great! I was living in Toronto, thanks for bring me the memories.🤙🤙🤙 I wish i had my camera when i was there. The streets and views are amazing for photographs.
you: oh that looks great to shoot! lets try! 85mm lens: Not today! hehee like sometimes you see a good spot but the focal length is not good for it :P but i have the same lens and no regrets, very sharp lens! new sub btw :) i like POV's street
Thanks. I’m getting the same 85mm lens. Brought back memories of my visit there awhile back, but here the city looks so forlorn & sad, understandably. I hope you have another similar video when it comes back to life.
most camera's have a setting where if the camera is not in use for a set amount of time, it'll pretty much just go into hibernation mode until you either press a button on the interface, or press the shutter. hope this helps.
This is great watching it on my tv. Now I wonder, I have the same lens for the Fuji x system, what mode do you use, because I don’t see you changing exposure, so what aperture do you use, which mode, is it aperture priority or s mode or p mode?
Great video, was very relaxing. Sounds good as well. I kept hoping from some reflection shots in all the puddles around. Great shots. New sub. Maybe you can try some reflection shots in some of the puddles 🤙🏻
Nice shots man, but what superised me more is the pocket 2 footage, is this really from that tiny camera? How much editing did you put into it? This is amazing, i am considering to buy one for vloging. The video quality is nuts! Anyway, great video mate, please do more :D
Are you using your DJI pocket 2 on your front body like a go pro? How have you got it mounted? Just discovered you today btw, love your vids so far, subbed ! :)
Lol just watched more of the vid and you answered my question! My bad, thanks! Can you please put the link for the harness etc, and maybe do a video on your setup?
Hey buddy, awesome video! How do you like the Pocket 2 so far? I found it picking up the walking movement a tiny little bit too much. I'm considering picking it up, just not sure if I'd should go for the GoPro Hero 9 instead :D
That upper level around the Toronto sign is filled with giant cockroaches. I climb the gates there once to eat my burger and fries. I got up there and was wondering why it was even blocked. Sat on the ground and started eating with a beautiful view of the city. And out the corner of my eye I see something moving. I turn on my phone light and seen 100s of huge roaches inching towards my fries!!!! 😫 forever traumatized
Awesome photos man. I am thinking on buying the Sony a7III but got stuck with the a7RIV. Can anyone help me make a choice? I think I am sticking with the a7III.
Dude love the tone, loved the POV. I also make POVs created around 12 episode of this so far and also wish you for 1,000 Subscribers soon. Btw i have the same setup Sony A7iii with 85mm f1.8. Someday we'll try an collab maybe ! best of luck yor 931 Subscriber
lol , people aren't taking lockdown very seriously . well neither are you rofl . Came to this video to check out 85mm . I think I want one . 85mm 1.8 for my setup just 340 euros new .
Hey man! I’m from Toronto as well! Actually thinking about getting this Camera with a 1.4 85 mm for filming Cars basically. What’s your say? Will be Waiting to hear your thoughts. THANKS 🙏
a fellow Torontonian! it'll be a great lens for close up shots! you can also get full body shots but be mindful of the distance. a 35mm might also be a good addition!
"people look at me a little funny".. I think every street photographer has the same problem. Been out the last few nights around Sydney, been getting those same funky looks from time to time.

Fantastic videos love your work 👏
Cool video man, enjoyed the whole thing. 👏🏼
Thank you for sharing this
Thanks. I’m getting the same 85mm lens. Brought back memories of my visit there awhile back, but here the city looks so forlorn & sad, understandably. I hope you have another similar video when it comes back to life.

Danny Kim, you're the man!!!
Love the video man! Nice to see a video from next door (I’m in Burlington) what’s the lut or colour correction for the video and photos? Cheers!
For the photos i use my own lightroom presets, for videos i do basic color grading and apply a LUT
🙌🙌
Nice relaxing video, subscribed 👊
Great movie ro :)
I am not sure what you are trying to photograph, but in that walk, I would shot far more. You had so many opportunities.
Hi nice video. Looking at buying this lens. Is yours a fe or gm lens? Thanks
Awesome photos dude. Keep up the good work!
thanks! appreciate it!
Hey dude, love your content and just subscribed! What do you use to edit? Any kind of presets? Love the look of your photos in this video.
This style of video would also do really good with some lo-fi music and more cuts when you take the photos
Do you turn the camera off after you’ve captured a photo and start moving again? Or do you leave it on pretty much all the time?
most camera's have a setting where if the camera is not in use for a set amount of time, it'll pretty much just go into hibernation mode until you either press a button on the interface, or press the shutter. hope this helps.

What were you recording with? so clean - EDIT: you just mentioned it. xD DJI, so nice.
Very nice walk! Incredible photos! Which shutter speed do you use in this kind of walks?
For me shutter always depends on the focal length of the lens im using. For this case i was always above 80
@@DannyKimHD thanks Danny!
Is this lense worth getting for daily use?
What are some settings that you use? Focus, etc.
LiKe the video and shots you were getting. Why do you only shoot in portrait orientation?
I’m thinking of buying this setup. I currently have the Canon eos 4000D with 50mm 1.8. I think it will be an amazing upgrade
did you upgrade to it? Im thinkink of doing the same
@@karol-milainejurgenson3676 yes, I absolutely love it. Had to get used to sony but after going out to shoot for 2 times it was great
Going to sell my R6 for a a7iii 😁 not sure which lens to get any advice?
Why would you? I’m considering a7iii and the r6
@@lyheangchau8540 canon cripples everything unless you spend big bucks. Sony a7iii with the 200-600mm g lens is amazing!
Cool video. Loved the photos!
Cheers!
