    Was interested in trying Tim’s advice regarding balancing on a wedge.
    I don’t have a wedge ☹️ but do have a Bosu ball 😃 and found that by standing on the sides of the ball, you can get the same effect as standing on a sloping wedge for the inner/outer and front/back balance ankle work Tim mentioned.
    Result 👍

    Thanks for this topic discussion. A few years ago I had a very sore (inner side) ankle and foolishly kept running - ended up with PTT (posterior tibial tendonitis). It took months of not running to get rid of. I found that using an insoles helps, but I do wish my ankles were stronger.

      Oh rubbish Arleen that sucks, you can get a wedge now tho and do all Tim's exercises!
