We LOVE this campground. We always spend the first two weeks and last two weeks of our camping season here in order to unwinterize and winterize (We’re Delawareans). And, you guys were in the same site we always reserve! Also try Trap Pond State Park in Laurel, DE. It’s a bit more “rugged” without the amenities of Lums but if you’re looking for peace and quiet, it’s our “go to” place. I’ve been going there for over 60 years! Happy camping!
Delaware has the best RV camping on the east coast. Plus the ease of booking sites in Delaware make it the perfect rving state. I am not a resident of Delaware. I just love camping there. 😊
Guys, Great review. Would definitely make the trip from NJ. I am at NRVTA right now and having a great time. Certified Tech class. Like the idea of all the things that are there to do. Thanks for all the info you guys give in your videos. Keep it up!
What a great review of a wonderful state park, MJ and Izzy! Full hookups, very well maintained, this state park is better than many private campgrounds we have stayed in!
Great review! Looks like a great park to me. I’d stay there. Nice area nice store and quiet. What more can you can ask for. Plus beautiful scenery. Nice there’s a dog park close by. Glad the staff is nice. The price to stay there is great! Especially with full hookups. Thank you Izzy and MJ for this review. Stay safe and safe travels.
We travel down the East Coast and stay at the state park most of the time on our way to SC. It's an amazing state park. We have more than enough room with our 40' 5th wheel
Looks like a very nice campground! You are lucky that you can find a lot of campgrounds that don’t have breed restrictions. A lot of campgrounds in the south have them. Happy Camping and Safe Travels!! ❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻🐶🐶🐾🐾
My must have is those glasses MJ. Please, every time I see them I tell myself “I need to ask her about those sunglasses”. Please, I have such a hard time finding glasses that might fit my face. Thank you. ❤😎🕶️
Great review video. Full hookups, appears like updated power (compared to some campgrounds)manicured park. I think that is a great value compared to private campgrounds. One question what is an annual park pass there? Thank you for being a premium YT channel with useful content.
Are you charging your Tesla from the 50amp plug at the RV site? Or do you have a 50amp plug on the RV you can charge your Tesla using the RV generator?
I myself prefer federally run campgrounds. Forrest service, COE, Etc. Plus with being on Disability I have the Aemerica the Beautiful lifetime pass that gives me 50% discount on camp site fees, and enterance fees at all federal parks. Every federally run campground I have ever been to is well run, and has great campsites. The Other campers have always been nice, Dogs are welcome as long as they are on a lead and not left out when you are not there. And no breed restrictions. I have a American stafford Terrier That I rescued from a local shelter. A lot of private campgrounds do not allow my dog. I always have dog with me while camping, he is after all part of the Family! Next week the Wife and I will be camping for the week of our 28th Anniversary at a C.O.E. campground on the Tom Bigbee river.

Alot of state parks are adding full hookjos
“Mud pit and an Attitude”, they should put that on their license plates.

Not sure about the pass. Thanks for the nice words and glad you enjoy the channel. Much appreciated.

1/2 of camping fees at most popular areas in California and the west I think we need to come east! Thomyt
Yes, some great deals over here!
Deja-vu?
I didn't know Delaware had such nice state parks like their neighbors. That's nice!👍🏾💙🤍❤️
What states have you not visited yet if any. Beautiful camp ground. Great video
Most of the Midwest and western United States. Will be starting to head out there next year though. Thanks for watching!
Have you ever stayed at Spruce Run state park? If so what do you think of it? Planning on staying there in the spring.
Yes, awhile back. We liked it from what I remember.
MJ, do you guys have a list of your best RV parks like this one?
If you use RV Life, the Campground feature lets you create a public list for sharing :)

I'm on disability too and have the America the Beautiful lifetime pass. Some state park campgrounds offer discounts too with the pass.
