And in Glory, because leveling up an in-game character requires not only time, effort, and resources from the player, but also support from the entire team, the character are owned by the team and not by individual player. This means changing out an in-game character class with a different in-game character class, would be followed by changing out the entire team playstyle, strategies, tactics and in certain cases, even the team's roster and line-up.
