- After making a tribute about David Pocock and his extraordinary performance at the 2015 RWC, here's a tribute to the Openside Flanker of the Wallabies, Michael Hooper. This video contains only the 22 tackles against Fiji during the RWC (most tackles by any player during that match), a mammoth performance, even though he was equally impressive in attack and the breakdown.

That is a hell of a tackle at 1:57 on a massive ball carrier. Hooper is pound for pound one of the best tacklers in rugby history IMO.

@@langaa09 Yeah I am a big fan of his he is a tackling machine, maybe not the best captain but otherwise a sure pick for every wallaby match as long as he is fit. At the moment Aussie fans are looking for scapegoats. If they were winning they would be raving about him and others.
I'm an Aussie fan. I love Hooper, he's my idol in Rugby and I think as captain he has been scapegoated. He was captained too young and still needs to mature but he's such a great player
