Black light and glow items

This video shows the black light fluorescent tube activating some glowing items.
The glow bulb is bought from the Hong Kong Space Museum when I was in primary school, and the sheet of glow stickers is bought from a twelve dollar houseware store in 2014.
The glow of these glow items usually last for few hours after exposing to strong light, while it would last longer if exposed to sunlight. They do not react with red or green light.

This is a black light which is usually for banknotes checking in supermarkets or exchange shops. You may also find them in some venues which have a lot fluorescence decorations.
Comparing to that you mention, which is for medical use, this one is relatively safe, but still not good if exposing to much.
