Since wimp Sanderson days bama fans and families have dreamed of this day. Regardless I’m just so content and at peace that bama made it to the final four. Nate Oats knows win or lose, our recruiting percentage went up from 20 to almost 90%. We have a bigger opportunity, to pull 4.5 to 5 star prospects, from the portal and also recruit them now.
And didn't everyone expect Bobby Hurley to be a 5* coach? Turns out brother is the beast.
Danny Hurley obviously has studied everything Coach Saban has ever said and done. The way he talks about "the process" is so Sabanesque it's hard for me to pull against the guy.
Bama needs to shoot lights out to even keep the game close. If Uconn has just an average shooting night, they win by 15.

I played against Bart Hyche when I was a junior. Played a tyear of B team and Bart was a 8th grader if I remember correctly. The guy ran circles around people even at that age.
That was a golden age for basketball in that part of west Alabama. Our guy, Darryl Wilson was Mr Basketball and went to State. Greg Poole honorable mention McDonalds. Winfield had Hyche and Carter Long a couple of years before. Carter played at UAB.

this is true and false to me... we were the better team against AU and had an off game until 4/31... I think Uconn is better team, this time and we have to have to play an awesome game... again, just my opinion

As an Alabama Alum and fanatic I feel nothing like Luke explained! I'm not overwhelmed making he final four. Yes it's Awesome but fans should expect and the team should feel like they are going to win. Anybody overwhelmed just making the final four and is satisfied is not successful. And using a stupid predictor and bringing up that percentage is Ludacris. Ask AU! Nothing abnormal about upsets in this tournament. And . Not sure if both teams play their best games that Bama is not baetter.
Illinois game plan was super terrible. They had guys passing up open shots. Bama will have a way better game plan. RTR
