Egg whites really exacerbate my swelling and pain. I’m eager to try PSMF but am afraid of the egg white protein. Fingers crossed my gut will heal with the elimination of dairy & ill be less sensitive. As of now, it feels like most foods are problematic for me. Such a bummer. Thank u again for all you fo.
