Sea serpent is a good card because ryu gets have a spell that add banish and foolish 1 of the pseudo dragon types Which are dinosaurs sea serpents and wyrms
Okay the rank is almost exactly what Ryzeol needed, the effect is bad, but maybe not, if you use the BP it is big, specially with Duo on board, it can potentially help clean up and OTK. But it’s insane to send for EX, also don’t underestimate how crazy being able to finally use dead XYZs and meterial to put monsters in grave, Ryzeol needs this extremely badly, all XYZ locked decks need this, you run out of space quickly and once spent most XYZ are actually just useless vanilla’s you can’t get rid of, you HAVE to be plying this card, just wish it went easily over 3k so the BP effect was actually good, as it is its eh, but does give much needed utility, and the GV effect can be fully game changing. Remember EX sends as cost, imagine how insane sending this with Ex on a turn 3 and chain blocking the search while getting Duo or Dread back? It would be GG, people play double Dread and Duo, this makes it so you actually can play this instead of one those doubles because it is just going to summon them back for free.
The first card would be neat in Gishkis. They have two level 10 Ritual monsters, and this would help set up the graveyard for their Ritual spells and Ritual monsters. One of their newer Ritual monsters can also special summon any Water monster you milled in the gy, too!
I also thought about Gishkis, and it is relatively accessible to them, but there just isn't enough payoff. Mill 1-2, burn and a simple extender isn't really something I'm gonna scramble to put in my deck.

That rank 4 will go crazy in sharks. 🦈 Can bring back toad/bahamut/kragen/virtue dragon/dweller. This effect triggers even when sent to the graveyard as an xyz mat from FA Fortress. And since it’s a R4 it can be used as an xyz ladder for FA fortress. Also the easy summoning conditions lets you use a combo of a R4 monster and a lvl4 monster. You can use xyz armor trap to layer interactions with your boards.. That card isn’t nothing 💯
Getting a Toad back is really cool. Probably the most relevant use for this card IMO. Water locking is an issue though. Can't remember if Ice Barrier has any locks on their summons, but they probably exist
You can xyz with rank 4 and level 4 to make the first eclipse and then xyz summon into a second eclipse using the first eclipse. Use eclipse 1st eff to ATK twice detaching the first eclipse. Use the 1 st eclipse eff in grave to revive itself and use the first eff again. So potentially clearing 4 monsters. Afterwards you can proceed to F0 and then utopic dra
The rank 4 gives you Plug-in in the extra bro, or an extra material if you have a spent XYS and a level 4, it’s something you can use the trap for, because you rarely get 2 lvl 4s and just leave em, but a single level could work now, because you use your interrupt, then use the trap, make this guy, and if he is removed it brings back one of your threats, and this is FREE, you just play him instead of double copies of either Ryzeol XYZ, as this can bring them back, you don’t need more than 1, remember that dread can attach ANY monster, so dread attach this late game is just not beatable, it can bring itself back basically or bring out another interrupt that you had set up before, man that GV effect is so much better than negate something on field, it’s not even close, this makes Ryzeol Grind almost unbeatable, and going second obviously it’s good, and it some situations could be better than the negate, also it boost the bird because sometimes you can only revive and XYZ with the bird, and this actually gives you a play from there, if you can’t beat over 2, you crash it, bring back dread, dread attach it, attack over something, next turn use the Eff again after you interrupt to bring back another interruption, it just snowballs advantage like crazy, you’re not supposed to be able to Revive XYZs and they still be playable, this lets you do that the rest of the game, it’s crazy. This sure also will have insane combos with F0 lines as you go into this, then you put this in GV and bring back the XYZ, like Shark, its a soft, so this bring back sharp can get you Shark effect again with just 1 shark.
A level 10 useless monster for Apod that needs good cards the most, a shitty cyberse extender for Maliss, and our almost tier 0 Ryzeal deck gets the best card sendable off of Ex Ryzeal as part of its summoning condition to get a free rank 4 on summon on top of Ex Ryzeal already being the best Ryzeal monster and already netting you 4-5 level 4 bodies all on its own lol as an extender. I want to know what Konami is smoking.
I might mess around with that Xyz in traptrix. Nice way to get Raflesia back on the field if it goes down early. Most traptrix use a ragnaraika engine, so there's not tons of back up rank 4's in the ED anymore, and space is a little tight, but I could see this giving you some extra late game punch in the grind game. Probably not worth it but I'll still at least try it out.
The new xyz could be a recovery play for Ryzeal after it they break its board, send it with ex, target both Deadnader and Doudrive and reborn the one you need most and attach the other, also both of them attach extra material on summon so you get it with 2 material, so you get it ready to either blow up stuff or search... or just reborn any other utility xyz but with only one material, like your Abyss Dweller or Tornado Dragon or Bagooska. If you use the above play to revive Deadnader, the you can attach it to Deadnader so you can then revive something else later or the same Deadnader if it get killed again while attach. You can pair it with Xyz Slidolphin to get extra material.
Twins of the Eclipse seems to be a pretty good card for a lot of XYZ decks, i can see this card in decks like Traptrix or maybe even Exosister even though both decks lock you and have restrictions, it still can be useful. Also the Toybox engine that gives you a lot of lv. 4 monster to play with could be a good way to get to this card and allows you to cycle through rank 4 monsters. This seems to be a really nice support for decks that play a lot of rank 4's.
Funny enough skipper has alot of potential since I think there's alot of links that specially need a monster name but if not it makes link 1s really spicy then also rank 4 there kinda makes Zeus go brr cause that's just more materials on top of materials
Ot doesn’t say it transfers the materials… rip, but also great because sometimes you REALLY want monster to hit the GV ins your XYZ Deck, but can’t get them there, specially if you’re XYZ locked, this lets you exchange your turn 1 XYZs for more space and GV fodder, and it’s functions as decent fodder removal itself, also if you send it in PB it can add more damage by replacing itself with another attacker, it’s crazy. Think about attaching this to Dread and detaching to revive and reuse one of your Generic XYZs, if dread has it, it’s basically hot to be removed 1-2 times.
If you hard make this in Ryzeol, you can keep abusing it with Plug-in, and with bird, as this actually makes it a reborn for your XYZs, and also gets abused without needing to be made by Dread just attaching it, and if it’s removed, it will just bring dread back lol, at the minimum. Also the trap, it attaches something from Gv, idk but if it can attach this, crazy too.
that xyz is amazing zoo / ryzeal support. Make a zeus using this xyz, and when it detaches, you can reborn a drident with a material. Keep in mind ryzeal dont really have a normal summon so you can spalsh 1-2 zoos like a drident and ramram.
rank 4 seems good in raizeol, they can foolish it from extra to revive an xyz. The big boss' pop effect isnt a once per turn, so multiple copies is good
Considering Raizeil likes running Extravagance, I don't see there being much room for a recovery Xyz like this new girl. Especially when the deck already has a fantastic revival quick play that does something very similar

Ryezal is weak from board breakers, this card allows to play around raigeki/dark hole by equipping it to any xyz you end up to It's a follow up combo, which turns into a +2 in the opponents turn becouse you reborn dreadnader, you attach AGAIN this card and on next turn pop you can reborn something else. This card is a custom card.
