the thing is, with consistency and effort you will get more chances at being lucky. like buying 1 lottery ticket vs 1000. you will have better odds, but it also costs more.
the conclusion is, living from art is really hard, but rewarding when it goes well

No one ever thought Kyle Beats success was from luck, & he’s implying that from the video. We know all the artists he’s worked with had a lot of potential just from working with him because of his understanding on everything. It’s like having Kobe on your team lol, Kyle Beats has connects to like everything you need to be a successful artist. High quality beats, great marketing, a built up fan base that he created from the ground up over years of hard work, etc. so having all that under your belt itd be pretty easy to break an “anonymous artist” because the person in the background (Kyle Beats) already has prior success in this area. @@RealShaggy Money is partially based on luck but that's besides the point. The point is that even if you have knowledge in the industry, rapping talent, good beats, and a great music video you still might not make it. These guys are literally pros and still failed on a song that is better than 99.9% of the songs upcoming rappers will be releasing and still didn't make it. That shows that even if you do everything right, luck is the final factor you have to have. You just have to have the skill to capitalize on it if it comes your way. Absolutely love the ending of this video, and I love how real it is. You are totally right man, blowing up overnight is not realistic and even if it did happen, it's way more rewarding to go through the grind and get to a point that you can say that you have made it.
"So many rappers on that stupid superstar shit, but I plan to eat with the people I starved with. I’ve made money, I’ve lost money, I’ve spent money, I've slept outside due to lack of the rent money. I’ve been in love, been happy, been through a lot of pain, 'cause what the fuck is sunshine without a little rain?" - Logic

Dont be scared to ask others for help and opinions, Even the most critical feedback can help you grow and learn to understand. This even can send you in a differend route then you would take before. Producers like Kyle have so much years under their belt and tried so many things to craft their own sound. My tip to those that actualy want to make it ; Dont dream , just do it. You can fail a 1000 times but never give up cause you will always learn more.

I totally agree with the fact that in order to succeed in the music, working hard is a must. But lucky is not just going viral randomly, is also being sorrounded by a lot of things outside the song itself. Where - when you born and raise, the people you are with, etc. Also I think its very importan the " " in prove its not luck, because you are not new at this, you been in music for so long and you know not only how to make music the way you want, but also what it's mor likely to go viral and the friend that helped you.

Not guna lie the track was hard thou 😂😂, plus the visuals. I was sold, even though I watched it get fabricated infront of my eyes. As a rapper who's put 6 years into this I've experienced how this video ended many times. Am currently making the best music I've ever made and set to release soon. But as a plan not to fall on my face, I've dedicated 2 hours every morning to editing reaction videos (finding cult audience) and mixing down my music. In a bid to really smash it this time. Wish me luck lads. There's 1000 roads the the same destination. Lets see how it goes. 😅

There is no luck, you have to know how to be unique and how to please the mainstream at the same time, then have the marketing, and on top of that, have the patience and willingness to convince people to enjoy your style. Problem here is its also really hard to have people naturally like your unique style. The luck part is revolutionizing this new style and having people naturally like it. That's why artists like Travis Scott are as big as they are.
