Great footage; the “wooden wonder” Mosquito was a fascinating plane - one of the fastest (if not the fastest) piston planes of WWII.
OMG, the sound of them engines just gives me goose bumps. I would love to have the memories of these things in use in real life.
My old eyes must be playing tricks on me. It never looks like the props are turning fast enough to go anywhere.
