I remember this fine gentleman from several years ago. He was one of your Dad's patients, and a fellow golfer. He is really interesting to listen to, and it was a shock to learn he is 87! He doesn't sound like it, As always, you did a fantastic job on his nails; they looked so much better when you were done, and I know they must have felt better, too. Your skill and your kindness always impress me. Much love to you and your family.
Jonathan I remember this gentleman the last time you seen him. He was very interesting to listen to regarding his job in golfing, he has a very distinctive voice, I could listen to you both all day. I’m sorry that he’s been poorly since the last visit, he has an amazing attitude in life and it sounds as though he’s beaten the illness 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Always a huge pleasure watching your videos, keep up the excellent job xx 🏴🏴🏴
My 5 year old son watches your videos with me, and while watching this he said to me “I want to be this kind of Doctor”. He wants to help people feel better with their feet.
I remember this man. I am not a golf fan but I do love listening to him talk. I love that you take your time with your patients. I know they appreciate you.
Nail tech here, I just want to say I LOVE how you are with your clients. You’ve taught me also that not every thick yellow nail is fungal. I have several elderly that I do toenail trims on and like you, I want to make them feel better. I tell them the options for the treatment if that’s what they’re interested in and I have a local podiatrist I send them to, if needed.
What a lovely gentleman! Thank you for caring so well for him, Toe Bro ' there are guys worse off than me' as he mentions another cancer he is beating!
As someone who struggles to make and complete medical appointments, I'm so glad you don't shame people who don't make in as often as they should. It sounds like this guy has bigger health issues than his toes. Yes foot care is important, but if he's overwhelmed by cancer treatments, then reasonably so, minor treatments will get pushed back. No questions asked - just care given.
I just want to say try not to criticize anyone.. It's just not nice.. Give advice.. Try to help.. In the nicest way possible.. No matter how it makes YOU feel.. It still isn't "YOU" I mean it's not YOUR toenails... I mean it doesn't directly affect YOU... You shouldn't be saying anything really.. whatever it may be.. If it isn't directly your body Then it isn't YOUR decision either... Nor should you condemn a person for not cutting toenails or doing something you do not agree with... Don't forget.. That person you criticize, could be the most caring kindest person in the world.. And or could or would save your life or maybe help you in some serious shape or form.. Never forget that.. But by criticizing... You may and will inadvertently create enemies.. Why do this?
I remember this lovely man. I’ve never played golf but I’d listen to him for hours. Such an interesting guy! Thanks for sharing him again with us. His nails are some of the best too.❤
I'm dismayed at the number of people shaming this gentleman who was gracious enough to allow the procedure to be filmed. The patient stated that he had been receiving cancer treatment. From first hand experience, I know how draining and time consuming it is. I hope he is able to come in more often.
I ordered and received your heavy-duty nail nippers to use on my grandma's thick toenails. Haven't needed them yet bc her nails are so slow growing, but will be prepared when I need them! My mom was surprised at how quickly I got them done the first time. I told her it was thanks to your videos...I knew exactly how I wanted to go about it before I even started...go in from the middle and slowly work my way out taking small bits at a time. Worked great...was quick and painless for her. Will be ven easier with the nippers...can't wait to try them!
LOL listening to you two talk about golf takes me back. My late husband loved golf, and played well enough for an amateur. I never could get the swing down, "the girls" definitely got in the way. But I was the queen on putt putt mini-golf. I love how you keep your people so relaxed with conversation. And I'm so happy to hear how your practice has grown! AND congratulations Dad, I didn't know you and the Mrs had a baby.
One of the things that I really appreciate about your care is that you are thorough. Some of the providers I have watched cut the nails, but leave them jagged and unfinished. I realize they are not manicurists, nail techs, etc., but for pity's sake, have a little pride in your work. You clearly do. Your "foot side" manner is awesome. Very caring, friendly, uplifting. Great job, Jonathan.
Jonathan I sure hope that you are able to teach your technique and In doing so you are also able to pass on your wonderful ability for making the patient comfortable with the procedures. More medical professionals like yourself are needed all around I'm sure 😊
OMG that last device was amazing! I kept wanting to get that remaining gunk out of the corners of his big toes by clipping it, but then you brought out that amazing little device and got the gunk (it even landed on your gloved thumb) rofl 🤣. Love that you skipped through the real personal stuff for the both of you. What a sweet man. I could sense the genuine respect you have for each other. Well done. ❤
How marvelous to enjoy this "appointment" - like medical appointments used to be when I was much younger. I feel that there was a therapeutic effect of that carefree and personal conversation combined with the excellent, no-rush job you did. We need to bring this back to every aspect of medicine and professional care!!
I like how the nail is finished using water and drummel. That is a gentle way as dry, you risk injury. I am so glad to see the before and after improvement.
Just keep them talking and it makes the process go smoother and easier. Love the technique you use. I would definitely send someone your way if they needed their toes done. Have a great day
I’m so impressed with your love for your family. You are successful, kind, professional and a really nice guy. The fact that you cut back to 3 day work weeks so you can be a part of your child’s life every day, is above the bar that most men set for themselves. Your wife must be a beautiful person. Give yourself praise for the person you are. 👏
How did I miss this video? I remember his last video and how much I enjoyed it. I enjoyed this one just as much. You make sure you keep us up to date on his well being. We all really really like him.
I remember that voice, his golf talk with you, and those nails!!! He is such a sweetie. They don't make gentleman like him very often. Would love to meet the guy. That cleaning up of his toe nails... I want to say chef's kiss but I'm not into kissing feet or nails so... WONDERFUL JOB JONATHAN!!!
Your patient has the loveliest outlook on life.. He, of all people and all he has had to deal with health wise could easily be a cranky old man. " If you always tell the truth you don't have to remember what you said " I love it 💚
Thank you for the long video. I like to watch the whole process from start to finish. Watching really helps me focus and relax. Low stress and no drama. Better than most TV shows.
Hi Toe Bro! Another great job on those toes! I liked listening to you & the gentleman talk about your dad and golf! Keep the videos coming! Love them! 💕
@@abi-qe6nh He doesn’t sound incapable of taking better care of himself if he’s getting out on the golf course. Even if insurance doesn’t pay (and it probably does), it annoys me a bit he seems to be doing great for his age but risking infections and other problems. When those nails curl over and dig into the skin, he’s prime for problems. Once every two years? As he said “I’m pretty lucky”. Hope he takes better care of himself.
Truth is you dont fall and break your hip. Your hip breaks and you fall. Both of my hips were literally crumbling, I had complete hip replacement surgery of both hips 110 days apart at age 59, months from 60. Had a couple falls but didnt break them previously. I opted for surgery due to 6 years of unbearable pain. Glad to see you again Johnathan. Pray your family is doing fantastic. Lil one getting big I would imagine. Much Love & Prayers to you!
I bit he is a great Teacher, funny I just had a knee replacement and I’m sitting here on a Saturday afternoon watching a golf tournament❤️ PS with ice my best friend
Wait, was the last time he came in also a video? Because I remember a golf instructor video from a long time ago. If so, then he's definitely one of the Toe Bro OGs.
Jonathan, come down to Augusta in the Spring! Amazing golfers there. But first and foremost I love how you treat each and every patient with care and compassion! You’re the best! BTW the Presidents Cup is playing this weekend in our part of the USA! Love to see you there! Quail Hollow in Charlotte!
Great Video! I sometimes feel bad about letting my toe nails get a little long, but this video has made me realize how lucky I am. Not sure what the specific affliction is that that the patient has, but it makes me happy I don't have it! Glad that someone is helping him!
Jonathan you are amazing I watch you all the time I don't miss any video on UA-cam you treat all your people so sweet and wonderful I wish we had a foot Doctor like you in phoenix az we don't how is the baby I bet the baby is getting big Jonathan see you in your videos keep on 🙂
I have really learned how to cut and maintain my nails and feet I have a damaged toenail but it reattached itself all by watching your videos, thanks so much
I've been watching a channel called "The Hoof GP" about a hoof trimmer for cows. It's amazing how similar this is. The only difference is that the feet you work on don't have giant abscesses and aren't covered in manure. :).
I have the same toenails, but I do my own every 2 months, I have learned alot watching these videos. How to approach mine, but I use a regular drummel to file after I cut. Your a kind Toe Guy!!

Thank you for explaining as I wondering why on earth he waited so long.
Looks like he could buy a pair of clippers and snip them off when they get long. It takes literally seconds to cut a nail.
It always makes me smile seeing you use your clients interests to make them feel comfortable and take their minds off the procedures
Glad you were able to help this patient and hopefully he will become more regular in coming into your office for care.
