I think she is referenced to the butterfly effect. It is like she has all the records of the rovers time loop. Maybe in another timeloop the rover was male or a female. "We are back" provably means it is another timeloop.
Im also curious when jue said "Im curious about your decision this time" its like that scenario with Jinhsi already happened before
