I got Verina in my first 10 pull on the discount beginner. I then chose Calcharo for the beginner choice banner because he looked like sephiroth, and got him in my first 10 pull on the banner. I have only done 20 pulls total. This is literally my first time seeing the purple 4* effect, because I have ONLY seen the 5* animation. The best part? I'm planning to be an Aalto main.
wuthering waves is so fun😭 the gameplay is amazing the characters desgins are so pretty and the story is actually really interesting, i feel like imma do what i did with genshin and hsr and just play for HOURS a day maybe we'll all get this lucky since its only the beginning of the game and we'll get a lot of rewards and stuff
Combat is very good, graphics and places are good looking, maybe a little more yappin than genshin. I hope they improve on their quests and stories, the characters and NPCs feel bland as hell, mid plot and execution. Rewards and f2p experience is top notch. Just my two cents.

I was pulling for Yinlin this morning on my 20/20 pull, not only did I get Yinlin but also Jianxin on the same pull plus I usually get the character’s weapon within a 50/50 pull. This game wants its gamers to enjoy their experiences and game play not like some games where I’m at my 70/70 and have gotten crap!! I think I know where my dedication lies!

So funny story: Pulling Jiyan yesterday I hit hard pity with the single. Unfortunately lost the 50/50 and got Verina. I then was like “I have to do the whole 80 pull cycle again huh” *The first single animation after that turned gold and I got Jiyan* I got him cuz he can juggle the hell out of the enemies with his Resonance burst and his JP also did Josuke from Jojo P4 and Gran/Lancelot from GBF.
I don't know about the limited weapon banner, but the standard weapon one definitely can give you four star characters. I had good luck as well. Got Verina early on the discounted banner. Picked up not-Klee (aka Encore) as my choice at 50. Which left one more standard five star female, Jianxin, who I picked with the freebie one they gave us. Then I got not-Klee the weapon from the standard weapon banner, which took only a single 10 pull. Overall, very good luck. 60 pulls used, and averaged 1 five star per 20 pulls. One thing I will say that Wuthering Waves has that is quite nice is the character tutorials. Nice way to learn the capabilities of the various characters.
So, a funny thing happened. I rolled on jiyan's banner for the first time as i had 20 pulls(I'm f2p btw) and i got him in the second roll. Next day, because of the compensation i also got additional 20 pulls and wished on the standard weapon banner because i needed a good sword for my Rover. I managed to bag two 5 star swords in the second multi again. Then again i wished on Jiyan's banner and got another copy of him. As a f2p, this was the luckiest thing ever happened to me.
This game gives me headaches. Idk what it is about it, but severe headaches every time without fail Edit: even with motion blur and screen shake off it still happens. I think it's the unstable framerates causing it

I do 10 pulls when my pity starts at 9, for me I feel like it tricks the game and I got constant 5 star characters and weapons playing star rail, hopefully it works in this game

No, the weapon is guaranteed at 80 pulls but the character isn’t, it’s a 50/50 on the character banner where you could get the limited chara or the standard one. Also, in gacha games the weapon banner usually isn’t guaranteed so that’s one of the good things about WuWa

I lost my 50/50 for Jiyan at exactly 80 pulls and finally got him after 69 pulls 2 days ago. (I still don't have his weapon either since I used everything for him.) But holy if my "luck" continues like this I have to skip so many characters. Why does my HSR "luck" have to continues in WuWa as well.

u can indeed get an early on Novice banner. I made my account and used the wrong email (only realised after completing story and being lvl 27) :') so i had to restart and on my new one got calcharo and jianxin on the first ten pull
On my pulls I lost 50/50 to Verina and while trying to get one extra copy of Danjin.. got Jiyan on 7 pity, honestly best luck I've had in a while (Even tho I didnt really want him all that much xD). Currently only missing Calcharo, he'll be my last 5 star

If you didn’t know in this game it’s 8% chance for a 5 star every ten pull so that’s why it feels so lucky
